.Prompt and courteous service. Returned once to address issue with noise. Garage door makes cracking noise when going up. I was told that paint not totally dry because of humidity. I painted door the weekend after installation. The humidity continues and the door still makes noise. I would contact door manufacturer but warranty states that door is not covered if painted. Since HOA requires garage doors to be the same color of the house I didn't have a choice. I doubt the noise still comes from the paint

THEY WERE HERE ON TIME, THE HOUSE DOORS ARE GREAT. THE DOOR FOR THE GARAGE WILL NOT OPEN ALL THE WAY, I HAVE CALLED TO COMPLAIN BUT THEY HAVEN'T BEEN BACK TO DO ANY THING WITH THE DOOR.

The installer, Rick, called several days later and made an appointment to measure the door opening. He also brought paint samples over, and we chose a color that matched the house. The door was manufactured in about 2 weeks, and Rick once again set up an appointment for the install. He was prompt and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The door looks like it came with the house, it is that seamless. The door itself is beautiful and, although a little pricey, well worth it. We love it

My garage door wouldn't open or close. The electronic opener had failed. I called Ben and asked if he could replace the opener or if I needed to call a garage door company. He said he could do it. It was absolutely perfect. The door is top quality. Eric was our installer, and he ended up having to take out a section of our interior and exterior wall to put the door in. He moved an electrical outlet. He's had 12 years of experience. We were very happy. The quality of their doors far surpasses anything that you can buy at a pet store. It has weather stripping so that you don't get cold air coming in or warm air going out. It has magnetic strips on the sides and the bottom of the door, so that it will close tightly. He carpeted the inside of the door, so that when it's 115 degrees outside, it's not going to burn our dog's belly or paws. It is more expensive, however for the quality of the product, it's worth it

He repaired the broken part, checked and replaced all the old rollers, adjusted the spring tension, and did a routine check of overall operation. The garage door works great now. I am completely satisfied with their excellent and prompt service--at a very reasonable cost

This process went great! When we ordered someone came out to take a look at discuss all options and was very transparent about the best options and quality compared cost. No forceful feeling of upselling if unnecessary! Then we were quoted about 12-14 weeks to come in an install given all places are on back order which is reasonable and understandable. I got a call that the doors came in early! At about 8 weeks, and they had a cancellation and could install that Friday. The installation team, Dan and Vincent were fantastic, on time and did an amazing job. They cleaned up everything after the installation and no harm to anything in or outside of our home! I would recommend them for sure and will be calling Affordable windows when we need to install new windows at some point as well

Johnny and crew were WONDERFUL! Settling back in our home after use by others, we had many needs to be addressed - electric sockets to be repaired, garage door not working, wall brackets for curtains to be installed, ceiling fan repair, toilet mechanism adjusted, dimmer added to light switches. He did it all quickly and efficiently. He also followed up by instructing me by phone how to reprogram a garage door remote which I had forgotten to mention when he was here. Couldn't be more pleased

We have now worked with BJ and his crew on two projects. The ratings above apply to both projects but the pricing only reflects the most recent service provided. After receiving an estimate and setting a project date with BJ, we purchased our doors at Home Depot. BJ picked the doors up for us and brought them by the house on the day of the project for no extra charge. Although I was not home during the installation, it seemed to take approximately a day plus a few hours. A few weeks after the doors were installed, my wife and I locked ourselves out of the house and I had to cut through one of the security doors. After purchasing a new door, BJ installed that door for us, again for no additional charge. We definitely plan to work with BJ again in the future
