Tucson Gutter Guard Installation

We were very pleased with them. Joel Hoyer was our salesman, he was very good and very honest, our installer was Alex, and he was good. We had to buy one down spout for one corner, and Ryan came he installed it at no cost. They all 3 were super people to deal with.

While we had a bad color match the first time out, they re-ordered the material and completed the job as quoted. Installed gutters and downspouts generally worked well throughout the recent monsoon season.

He provided a job quote. He stated he would have the materials and be ready to install within about a week. Than he never called back. Even after I called and left a message for him asking what was the status. Finally had message on the phone, while out of town, (around 7/21/2011) that he would be in the area the next morning and to let him know if I still wanted the job done!!!! I returned the favor of not calling him back and went with a different company.

I got quotes from a few other companies and they were all almost double the price of Gutter Systems of Southern Arizona LLC. Getting the bid was easy but scheduling the work to be done was a little more difficult. Once they did come out though they did an excellent job. They color matched the gutters to my house excellently which was necessary because I have a very strict HOA. They started the work in the morning and finished about 12:30. It started to pour rain about 1:30. I went outside to check how the gutters were working. One of the corners wasnt working right, the pitch was wrong or the downspout must not have been able to handle the large amount of water coming in. They sent out one of their workers and he stayed for almost three hours tweaking the corner and downspout until it was just right. He was very pleasant and friendly. They did an excellent job and would recommend them to others!

This is the second house at which Eric and company have installed gutters - both experiences were exceptional. Reasonable pricing, quality work, prompt & friendly service. Their recommended gutter color is an improvement over our original fascia color. Highly satisfied.

Eric and team were excellent to work with during my gutter installation project. They were hard working/professional and extremely easy to work with. They arrived on-time and got right to work. Eric in particular worked very hard to dig the underground drains in very warm weather conditions as the ground was extremely hard. I would highly recommend Eric and his team for any gutter installation or repair project you may have.

Both estimate and installation were very smooth. Eric and his help are very professional and easy to communicate with. I can hardly wait for rain!

They were very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with and the prices for materials and labor were fair. We are pleased with the look and function. It actually rained a little bit a week after the install, so we know the gutters work!

Professional installation, no problems at all. The gutters have worked beautifully to direct water away from our house, then underground to trees and plants in our yard that could use extra water during monsoons and whenever there is rain in Tucson.

The owner came to our home, decided where the tanks could fit, sold them to us and left. He never went on the roof, did any calculations or measurements of our roof runoff, or asked the square footage of our home. He talked about himself for the hour he was here. I was skeptical when he left, but my husband thought it would be ok and we let them do the install. We now have an 865 gallon tank which overflows after 10 minutes of Arizona rain. It pours out the "inflow" and causes flooding in my yard and pool.This has been a disaster. I have tried several solutions and am now planning to have the tank removed. Working with this company has been a nightmare. I would not recommend them to anyone. They do not really know or practice the basics of rainwater harvesting.(I'd be happy to send you photos, but have to email them from my phone)
