On 7/19 Plumb Plumbing installed a new faucet and I wasn't satisfied with the job that was done. Turns out the faucet was defective, and the previous installer should have realized that. Fortunately Moen reimbursed me for the second charge.

We had purchased pretty pricey faucets, and my husband started to install them as he usually does. After working for hours, he concluded there was a problem with the pipes that he wasn't going to handle on his own. The installer had communicated with me by phone earlier regarding a detail question on size of product. He was very prompt and communicated well throughout the installation process. I was impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail. Upon completion the installer arranged for an A/C checkup which followed the next week with good results.
