Two years ago I had to replace a large double pain streaky window. It cost $1000 and failed within a year. Without a warranty I was stuck. We never talk to salesmen or saleswomen who come to our door, but this time, because we knew of the quality involved from commercials we'd seen, we listened. ( I'm sorry, but his name escapes me ) Then we had Martin Martinez come and tell us all about the choices we could make. He was so knowledgeable and fun to visit with ! After ordering, and waiting for production of our windows, today was our installation day. Josh and Mark were a little early, but heck, wouldn't we all rather have early instead of late? I would! Josh and Mark were fast, efficient, friendly, knew exactly what to do...and were done with their part of the process within two hours!!! Out with the 3 1986 drab and weak windows and in with the 3 brand new 2018 beautiful strong windows !! When we get enough money saved up, the rest of the house is getting done, if we have anything to say about it! Hopefully Mark and Josh will be our installers then too

I am a little late in posting this review, but this company deserves a shout out! I found Affordable Windows on google maps and went into their office the set up a quote. The estimator showed up on time to my home to go over the products they offered and even though I didn't see them at the home show (the prior weekend), he was nice enough to hook me up with the discount! I ordered windows that day and about 3 weeks later, a team was scheduled to come out to the house and start work. The two man group showed up right on time and worked for the next two days on installing the multiple windows on my house. They did an amazing job, took down blinds and put them back up, didn't damage my hibiscus plant at the front by the big bay window (and I'm sure that wasn't easy to work with!) and left my house in better condition than when they started. A the difference to my power bill has been amazing! I'm saving almost $50 a month over what I was paying with the original single pain windows. My only regret...and it had absolutely nothing to do with them, was my choice to go with the white vinyl instead of the tan...oh well. It's growing on me anyway ;) So happy with these guys that I hired them again for the windows on my new build detached garage

After getting quotes from several more known window companies a neighbor recommended Rick. He had performed similar work for them several years ago and they were happy with the work and the windows. Rick was extremely responsive. Was at our home within 2 hours of the first contact. Gave a very effcient sales presentation and estimate. His terms were easy to work with. As soon as he had the windows he was ready to install and showed up exactly when he said. Did exactly what he promised. Very clean and profession work. My wife and dog where present during most of the installation and both were very comfortable with him. He was not the lowest quote, but far from the highest. One of the best things is he was the one to sell the work and do the work. No mis-communications

They did an excellent job. They had to work with a bituminous adobe wall and ran into some problems removing the old metal window frame. It took them longer to do the work than they probably anticipated. However, they did not complain at all. They got everything installed and cleaned up after themselves. They also had to remove the security bars to install the windows. They then reinstalled the security bars just fine

This is a new construction home and Apex did the window and bath installs. One of the front windows appeared to have been shot with a BB gun which put a hole in the outside pane (Sept). Apex asked if we would generate a ticket with the home builder, so they could determine if this would be a warranity repair. We contacted Apex in November to find out the status (they didn't contact us due to office staff turnover). Of course, since it appears to have been broken by a BB, it wasn't covered, but they had to send someone out to measure the window -don't know why they didn't do that on the first trip. They called back with the price @$220, needed payment before they would order the glass. It took two weeks before they received the glass and then schedule a time to have it installed. I never had to deal with a broken window pane and this may be the standard in the window business. The office staff was nice and friendly. A friend was at our house when the installer showed. They said that he was that he was on time (had a four hour window), was kind, and quickly replaced the window. I wasn't in a dire need to have the window replaced, so the time that it took from beginning (Sept) to install (Dec) doesn't brother me. If it wasn't for the fact that the windows were new and they did the install, I would have called around (or used Angie's list) for price and availability. I would give them a call again, if their services were needed again

Awesome, I was referred to lance by a very close friend who used him to install all their new windows. About 8 months I hired a freelance so die installer and regret not hiring a window company in the first place. He had used the wrong caulk and didn't anchor any of the windows so it didn't take long for the windows to shift and start cracking away from the interior drywall. This caused an eyesore and also made our new "energy efficient" windows to become very inefficient I could feel cold air coming in during winter and hot air coming in during summer. This job was done in a few hours and I now feel confident that my windows are not going to fall out or cause any further damage to the interior walls

This was for two homes' replacement windows.Prompt response. Much time spend with order,measurements and questions. They worked with me so that I could schedule airfare to arrive for the install. Manufactured and delivered as promised. The install crew was fantastic! Greg, Jeff, Joe and Tom the first day. 2 others the next two days, minus Tom. The crew was organized, knowledgeable, hard-working, skilled, prepared and pleasant. They took care to protect the surroundings and cleaned up very well. The windows and doors look great. I am happier than I expected. The only issue was with the salesman. Perhaps our personalities conflicted, but we had a couple issues that did get resolved and I purchased windows for two homes. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it and this particular crew to all

Overall, I rated TPS an A. For me buying replacement windows was a bit of a "crap shoot". The are lots of companies that sell replacement windows. Their prices vary quite a bit! In the case of TPS , Angies List was of little help. I think there only 2 reviews of TPS at the time we made our decision. Replacing windows at least in our case was a significant expense. I really like the customer service we received from TPS. I like the window/screen products that we purchased. The design is very robust. Bottomline for me is the AZ weather will cause some deterioration in window seals over time. make sure you buy a product that has a good replacement warranty
