Reddi Services

Previous plumber who installed the original spout had not installed it correctly and had screwed it on too tightly and it was very difficult to remove. Dale from Reddi Services was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and completed the work within the 2 hour allotted time I had purchased on a big deal special offered for $99. I was charged for the extra parts he needed to install (I already had a replacement spout). Dale was courteous and very competent and I would definitely use this company again, and in fact I'm going to do that soon and will request Dale do the work

WHITTON PLUMBING

Excellent! Albert, the plumber took time to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, it wasn't a plumbing issue [our spa bathtub needs a new motor]. Albert didn't charge us for his services as it was not a plumbing issue. We really appreciated that - and he was able to identify the issue so that we can now get it resolved. We will definitely use and recommend Whitton Plumbing for any future plumbing issues

George arrived when scheduled. Although he was unable to repair the tub due to a design flaw he did an excellent job on the toilet.

I am writing regarding my rental property at 616 E. Drachman Street. The bathtub drain was not draining. Rich and Jeff came this afternoon to trouble shoot. They were polite and courteous and diagnosed the problem right away.. As a property owner and manager, I always respect a plumber who can correctly diagnose the problem. Rich and Jeff were efficient and professional. They left the apartment as clean as when they got there. That is the marque of a true professional. I hope that Rich and Jeff will receive recognition for their efforts. I hope that when I call Silverado Plumbing in the future that you send Rich and Jeff. I will also post this on Angie?s List. I look forward to working with Silverado Plumbing in the future

Called for an appointment and they were able to schedule the job in very quickly. Arrived during the time specified and got right to work. Made sure everything was properly taped off. Estimated the job was going to last about two hours and was finished before that. Answered all my questions on the best way to clean the tub and to keep it looking new. They were very professional and came in and got the job done. Original tub in a 1950's house and it looks brand new. If you are thinking of having something refinished, call these guys. They did a tremendous job

What a nightmare! Alfonso and his worker have been out here twice to try and correct a very poor resurfacing. Let me list the issues. The tub is rough in many areas and he came out once to attempt to fix. The caulk he used to repair his original poor caulk job at the seams is a gray color and does not match the other caulk. The tub is peeling at the overflow. The area around the tub stopper is lifting up. He came out one time to attempt to repair the issues and when he left and things had dried it was evident problems still existed. I still have the product that he used all over my bathroom because of an overspray. He quickly tried to clean it when he was back the second time but said he had another job to do and left me with the sand paper to do it myself! Despite promising to come back and addres the issues, he called and said I was too picky, (sounds like his standard line from other reviews) and he would charge me to address any of the remaining issues. Finally he said if I don't like the job, I should have the tub ripped out and replaced and my expense. His invoice says he is licensed and insured. He is not licensed and is not a member of the BBB. When he called me to tell me he decided not to come back and repair the issues he was actually swearing at me! I was totally shocked. I am hoping Angie's list can help with these issues and at a minimum make sure other unsuspecting people don't have to go through this terrible, unprofessional experience

Terrible. This is a long story with a surprising and disappointing end. It started off with the technician being an hour late. No one called me to let me know, I had to call to find out what was going on. Once he arrived I left him to do the work as I had things to do. He told me when he would be finished. I came back and he had left. I called him, he had gone to get lunch. At this point I just needed to pay, and I didn't want to wait around for him. I was no longer living in the house at this point, so I left and figured I could call the office to pay. My contractor let me know a few days later that the work had not been done properly. There were visible drips in the enamel, and it had not been cleaned. The company did mention that they would need to come out a second time, but when I called to tell them this, they said this was normal. At that point, I decided I was not going to pay until the work had been properly completed. This is when the story gets a little weird. We had trouble with scheduling this additional appointment. One time I arrived five minutes late and the technician had supposedly left. He never called to see if I was on my way. Another time we were supposed to meet and when I called I could not get in touch with him. Later I received a message that he was going out of town and would get back the next week. I missed an appointment once or twice on my end as well. So it was frustrating, for everyone. The owner of the company left me a voicemail, and we also spoke on the phone about rescheduling. Then one day, he shows up at my place of business. He cursed at me about giving him his money. He tried to take a picture of me. I was glad that there were people around because he was very threatening. He said something that let me know he had been by my old house. I just kept thinking that this man would have shown up at my house to threaten me and I would have been very vulnerable. So scary! The mistake they made was assuming that I was trying to avoid paying them - that was NEVER the case. I mean, it was less than $400. What kind of business, A. sends a representative (the owner, no less) to harass people for money?, and B. is so desperate for such a small amount of money that it is messing up their business? Last I checked, a legit business is not supposed to be run by thugs who threaten young women for chump change. If they did need to take recourse, their are legal and much more ethical means of obtaining payment. This company should not be in business. When my partner called to reschedule and told the woman what had happened, she defended his actions. The technician came out the next day and finished, though there is still some enamel on the tile of the wall and floor. I paid the bill, because, frankly, I was a little scared of this guy. So, in the end, his bullying tactics worked, but is that really the kind of business you want to support

The work went very smoothly. The installer, Chris, showed up promptly, ready to work, for both jobs. The bathtub was done in March 2010; the shower in June 2010. Chris protected the path from the door to the work area to prevent excess tracking of dirt into the house. He just got down to it and worked! Each time we peeked in, the progress was evident. He did a great job of minimizing dust and debris. He explained his work as we inquired. The liner material fit precisely (good measuring by the estimator, Fred), the fixtures are attractive and functional. We used them for the shower based on our positive experience on the bathtub. Minor re-caulking was needed and they responded promptly. Both jobs were very positive experiences. I gave a "B" rating for price because we didn't get updated quotes from others we solicited in the past. If the price wasn't the best, the quality made up for it
I was told it could be suitably finished and would take 5-6 hours. It took 5 hours and was more than suitably finished. At the end I was told if I marked it up for any reason, or if I wanted more 'grit' on the bottom for standing on, just call. I made marks a couple weeks later as I dropped some handles I was installing, and Alfonse came out within 2 days for an hour or two and correctly my mistakes, at no cost. I highly suggest you use Arizona Bathtub-Refinishing. He also does countertops
They are a pretty small company. This particular job wasn't a very big job. I actually had them do nothing. The guy knows what he's doing. I knew when the guy was coming. He had been out previously to do something. I scheduled them a week in advance because it wasn't an emergency sort of thing. It was a scheduled thing. He had to come and first look at what needed to be done so that he could go off and get the parts that he needed. It wasn't a typical thing that he did. He gave suggestions on how to do it and told me that there are multiple ways to do it. He knew that, to use the flexible line he needed to use a larger line than its size. He told me how to do it and it ran off. He did it at the most economical way because I had a couple of choices. He came back the same day and finished the job. He's not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but he's reasonable. In fact, a good portion of that $200 was probably parts and then he went somewhere and came back and it probably took him less than an hour to actually do the job. There was actually a lot of traveling back and forth to get things and gas pipe is not cheap. I think more than 50% of the amount was parts. I haven't done any comparison either. His quality of work is excellent

I THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT. THEY CAME TO OUR HOME, EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO DO IT. THE COUNTERTOPS LOOKED BEAUTIFUL WHEN THEY WERE DONE AS PROMISED ON SCHEDULE.
THEY WERE A LITTLE LATE IN ARRIVING, BUT AT LEAST THEY SHOWED UP. IT DID ONLY TAKE THEM LESS THAN ONE DAY, AND THEY HAULED AWAY THE OLD CARPET FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY NICE, AND WE HAVE ALREADY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO GET 3 MORE ROOM CARPETED.
I was really pleased with them. They did a great job. They go all over country. The two men who installed it went above and beyond, they did a fantastic job.

After numerous quotes and inspections , I decided to contract with Done Rite for a new HVAC system on my 114 year old house, which never had a central air conditioning system, only evaporative cooling. I was a bit nervous about drilling holes though plaster and lath ceilings to accommodate new vents and returns. From start to finish , these guys were amazing! This was not a cookie cutter project and they handled it with ease. Big shout out to Marcos and Brandon, etc., and to Jordan for taking the time to explain and suggest a superb system for my home. I also contracted for an electrical panel upgrade, which was also very labor intensive and multi pronged. Darren did an amazing job, wow! I honestly can't say enough nice things about Done Rite. I will be using them for all my electrical, plumbing needs in the future and recommending them to friends, some who have already used their services and quite pleased with the results. So happy to find them
