Tucson River Rock Delivery

Called Mr Carter at 9:00, describing service I needed performed. Mr. Carter stopped by at 11:00 to provide an estimate. By 12:15 there was a crew working in the yard. I have never had such prompt, professional, reasonable service performed by anyone I have hired to work on my home. Thank you Carters Service, I will certainly contact you again and provide your name to anyone needing yard/landscaping service. A thoroughly pleasant experience all around.

The entire process was very professional and customer focused. Our initial meeting with Rich Doering, who created a design plan to our specifications was great. Rich made a real effort to listen and created the "low care" yard we asked for. Brian and his crew were professional, courteous and hard-working. They finished one day early! Jerry Bell came to our home for a detailed job review. He answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns. Chris Berg did our final walk-thru, replaced plants that were stressed and adjusted the drip system where needed. Jasmin and office staff were also very courteous and pleasant. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our yard, especially the water feature. So beautiful! We would certainly recommend Santa Rita Landscaping to our friends and neighbors.

Matt & Luis were very responsive and helpful in communicating repairs needed to our irrigation system, as well as design for our front and back yard. They added gravel to front and backyard and river rocks to our sidewalk strip and paver to our driveway. The team was hard-working and very helpful and knowledgeable. They also finished the job sooner than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend L & M Hardscaping.

Not totally satisfied and Eric, the owner sent someone out shortly thereafter to complete the job to our satisfaction. We were very happy with their work!

Went great... from estimate to completion everyone was professional, punctual, easy to work with and the job went really smoothly. They did exactly what I asked and did it well.

Crew called to confirm work day before installation was scheduled to be done. Crew arrived on time and began work promptly. All of my questions were answered during the installation process. Workers were polite and some paid extra attention to details and clean-up. Total job was completed by noon. Time between down payment and receiving confirmation of work to be done seemed long. I would have preferred to have heard from the company sooner. Workers did a good job cleaning up as the installation progressed. However, toward the end of the installation some dirt/grass roots were flung aside versus being bagged and hauled off as was done earlier in the day. The river rock closely matches the rock that was already down in the yard. The quality of the new rock could have been better. There is a lot of small, angular rock among the tumbled river rock. The dogs love to play and lay on the turf. It looks very nice and requires very little in the way of upkeep.

Since we were unfamiliar with the local plants and codes, we found the designer very helpful in creating a completely desert like design that is easy care which is exactly what we wanted. He had answers to all my questions and designed a beautiful landscape. HIs crew was easy to work with, very prompt and very hard working. The people that laid out the pavers and river rock were true artists, taking obvious pride in their work. Each day a supervisor checked in with us and the crew to be sure everything was going according to plan. As work progressed, I decided I wanted a slight change to the plan.There was no difficulty what so ever making the change. The one time during a work day I didn't think things wer going just right, it took one phone call, a supervisor was here almost immediately and explained the work had to be done a certain way to comply with local codes. This was one of the easiest projects we have ever undertaken and the finished product turned out even better than I imagined. I would definitely recommend Amazing Scapes.

The first round or so with SRL was a bit rocky with an inexperienced design manager. After reaching out to the company, their responsiveness was top notch. They went above and beyond to live up to the excellent reputation SRL has earned. Special thanks to Garrett Ham, Veronica Leyva, Tanner Spross and John, the field supervisor who made sure the job was completed in an exceptional way. I highly recommend SRL and encourage early communication with the company if questions or concerns arise. They are committed to quality work!

We used the $49 Angies consultation to talk with Landshapes. We liked Jason and he gave ideas that were very responsive to our likes. We got a quote and his crew did an excellent job implementing the new landscape design. The plants selected blended color, height and texture and will create a beautiful back yard next year when everything grows which fit in well with the rock and gravel hardscaping. The crew worked fast, promptly, efficiently and were polite and pleasant to deal with. The major tree trimming they did really enhanced our existing tree shapes. We were very pleased that his crew could remove some very old overgrown desert plants as well as relocating a very tall yucca which really improved the look of the landscaping, . The whole task was correctly quoted and completed on the schedule stated.

They trimmed bushes and trees that were overgrowing around the roof and outside portion of the wall. They painted several places on the outside wall which had been damaged by the removal of the hot tub by the previous owners and cracks in other areas of the wall. They hauled away at least three years of mulch which had accumulated in this area to a depth of several inches. They created a channel for rainwater to run off more appropriately. They subcontracted to a company to install rain gutters from the scuppers which were completely useless during a rainstorm. Two of the scuppers actually poured out the rain onto the two outdoor air conditioning systems. All Terrain dug basins and installed river rock to handle the rain emanating from the newly-installed gutters. Such a great system now!! They repositioned the gravel throughout the back and front yards. Walking on the gravel from the back of the house to the side yard was difficult; they created a DG sidewalk from the patio to the side gate. They removed the large broom weeds from outside the back wall and also all the debris to create a 10 ft set back/fire break. We can actually see the mountains better since that was all removed. They cleaned up and reorganized the river rock swales and out-croppings. They trimmed the mesquite trees in the side yard and removed more mulch from that area. The workers were all friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Excellent crews for all the work. They have now begun monthly maintenance, continuing to keep the yards neat and clean of debris. They spray the broom weeds and other weeds that continue to grow. They keep our yards looking well-maintained and cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave and All Terrain to any and all who are looking for great landscape service! They're the BEST!
