They prepared a detailed plan for the patio cover and discussed with us all of the details. Then then constructed a very nice patio cover for the deck that had been poured before. They were prompt and completed the job in a very professional way.

Joe Maas contacted me on the same day of my request for service and scheduled a convenient tome to come out and provide an estimate for the project. On the day of the estimate,he presented several options for me to consider as regards the different styles and processes to provide a finished patio that we would be happy with. The next day he arrived on time to remove the old flagstone patio. In the process of completing the removal, Joe advised of a potential problem concerning the integrity of the current patio structure if he was to remove the entire floor consisting of both flagstone and concrete. He suggested a plan B to finish the project. The result was a beautiful polymer and colored concrete resurfacing. This was accomplished with the original quoted cost. It took 3 days to complete the job, and each day the arrived on time, leaned the work area each day before leaving and completed the work in an excellent professional manner. If you need any type of concrete work done, this is the company to call

Very professional, Brad came out and gave me a bid the same day. The price was very fair and he had someone out cutting our patio within a few days. The cuts in our patio look great, you can't even tell a saw was used to change the previous shape. I highly recommend Penhall Concrete Cutting and I would use them again

What a job, to remove a thick, 8" slab from our garage floor so we could return the garage into a garage, instead of living space. The pros knew exactly what to do and the results were terrific. The garage is back (as soon as the garage door is replaced). Then two separate patios in the back of the house were connected by a new slab so now we have a single, connected patio. Again, very professional from the start and excellent results. Finally, one of the existing patios had some poorly installed tile, which they removed right now to the original concrete surface so now we can install new tile over the completed total patio. From the start, professional service, great results, all promises kept. Thanks Sean and Mike, and crew. We're 100% satisfied and found the cost to be reasonable
All I can say is that I only use William Birchard remodeling. I use to bid out work and found that BJ and his team gave me complete bids and explained fully any possible areas of concern that might require additional work and the cost to perform that additional work. When BJ and his Crews come in, they start then they say the will start and finish either a little ahead of right on the pre-established schedule agreed upon. As far as design guidance and assistance, his interior designer Jen is amazing. She listens to what you want, designs what you want and gives you amazing spaces. Do yourself a favor and call William Birchard remodeling for your next project
It was great, they did a beautiful job. They were tidy, didn't make a huge mess, cleaned up everything, they were prompt, and did what they said they would. I was very happy.
We could not be more pleased with the final result. The entire process from beginning to end went well. Esteban and his crew were a pleasure to deal with, they are an honest hard working company and truly care about the workmanship they produce. We are in the process of hiring them a second time to refinish/add a decorative finish to our existing concrete entrance and large back patio area. If you are in need of any concrete work and are looking for a fair competitive bid with excellent finished workmanship, you won't be disappointed in contacting and using Arizona Quality Concrete
My garage floors were in poor condition and it seemed like getting them epoxied would be the easiest option, plus I liked the aesthetics. I didn't really have a lot of time to research products and techniques so I just ended up choosing a company that I though had fair prices and had good reviews. Well long story short I kept calling them and emailing them days before I was scheduled to try to change the service date and they never responded. I was so fed up with their lack of response that I decided to waste more time finding another company instead. I hopped on yelp to send out messages to different companies about my project and Eric (owner) from First Class Coatings was the first to respond to me. Within a few minutes we were on the phone discussing my project. He gave me a lot of insight into the products they used and their techniques, and I certainly appreciated his prompt response. I still decided to get a few more quotes from other reputable companies before jumping the gun since choosing hastily caused me problems in the first place. After talking to a few more companies and gathering more information, I decided to work with Eric since we had spoken about my small project several times on the phone already, and I could feel that he was sincere and knowledgeable. I finally felt like I was in good hands and didn't expect any issues with not being called back. His crew came out Monday morning and worked all day grinding and patching up my floors and stem walls. Before they left that day the first layers were down. The next day they came back and finished up the following layers, Eric was there to inspect and wrap up. We went with a full chip floor to hide some of the more egregious imperfections, and I am very happy with how they turned out. No one needs to know how bad they looked beforehand...no one... Overall I'm super glad to have found First Class Coatings and saved myself the headache of dealing with an inferior company who won't even respond. Any homeowner can attest that contracting work is time consuming and no one wants to deal with problems, let alone paying for those problems. I'll definitely use their company for the next house we buy if we stay in AZ. Just the time I save will be worth it. Eric has been doing this for a long time and it shows. Take a look at my pictures at my awesome floors! before shot included. I loved the color, and it didn't turn out as busy as I thought it would be. But for the life of me I can't remember what it was called. A few side notes and tips 1. the flakes end up everywhere, on lawns, landscape rocks, and inside cabinets even. Be ready to vacuum the insides of your cabinets. 2. make sure you talk through the process and details with the crew that comes out if they weren't the ones you talked to in the beginning. Things get lost in translation. A joint I didn't intend to have worked on got worked on, and the toe kicks on the cabinets I asked to be done weren't. It wasn't a big deal since they just did them at the end when I pointed it out. That's a lesson for me as well since I try not to hover when people are working
I first hired Skip to install a new locking mailbox that I had bought. The post needed to be set in concrete and I was concerned that I might make a mistake. He and a helper arrived right on time, worked quickly and finished the job almost before I could get my wallet. He used two magnetic levels and measured for Postal approval height. After that, I called him about a front yard faucet that needed major work. Again they worked quickly and had it taken care of. He also advised me of a possible problem from our truck being driven over the water meter block that is next to the driveway. I'll be careful to avoid it and spare myself the Water Company's services to fix a broken main
THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN ALL THE AREA'S. THEY MADE A BRICK MAIL BOX HOLDER FOR US AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THAT. THEY DID THIS EXTRA ON THEIR OWN.
Block work was good but workers left trash from food ,soda cans all over yard. Colored concrete floor was a total loss grid pattern was cut wrong ,cracks, white splotches and trowel burns had to tile and no one wanted to take responsibility (sub or contractor) patio concrete cracked within 6-7 weeks in middle of one slab and within 6months other two had same cracks same place total of 5 large and all the way across slab two are around post. Worker was sent out and put a rubberized caulk patio is a big disappointment and has a wide dis colored area so now this slab has to be covered but I have to wait possibly a year to make sure cracks don't get larger or spread looks 5 yrs old already and is only less then 1 year old . I have sent email to Runde but no response . I would not recommend them or use them again for any work even though block came out very good. I feel ground was not prepared properly . I do have pictures but it is hard to se
I met on many occasions with Ken Lee, the company owner and he made a number of very helpfull suggestions (e.g., why not enclose the pool equipment area within the slump-block wall/cabana construction?). His suggestions contributed to a much better end product than my design alone would have produced. The project started in the autumn of 2009 and Anozira had to integrate construction of the wall/cabana footers and the (later) raising of the walls into the pool construction plan. Ken coordinated very well with the pool project forman in this process. Both of them had to react to the problem that the grade of the original pool design was too low to accomodate excessive water running off the driveway in the event of a heavy storm. The result was that the pool grade was raised 4 inches and, consequently, the grade on the wall and cabana had also to be raised, resulting in a materials requirement (fill, block, floor concrete) increase. Ken Lee worked with me on that in a very fair and professional way. I admire the way he kept his cool in spite of all the changes that came thick and fast over the two months of the project. The additional work (constructing a gate on the pool equipment area and making a section of the perimeter fence removable went smoothly and was priced very reasonably. If you need wall and fence work done, call Anozira. I recommend them highly
It went perfect. We told him to meet us at 8am where the storage units were and he showed up on time. It took him 1.5 hours to complete it and we expected it to take at least 4. He is a very friendly and nice guy, and is easy to get along with. Overall, he did an excellent job.
A phone call made the first contact. John showed up exactly at the time he said he would. Every bit of work was done exactly how he said he would do it. All decisions were made by discussion in advance and then the project went exactly as planned. The job was finished on time and looked even nicer than I thought it might. The contractor followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied. We were
Very well. There were about five people working and they were all a pleasure to have around. Jon was very available and helped me understand some technical details about gradient and managing storm water. All pro. A little spendy, but worth it.

What do customers in Tucson say about Concrete Patio Installation?
Bobby and his crew did excellent work on all of the walls for the sidewalk that curved from our patio to a back gate plus a raised patio. Also built a wall around a spa area. Kept in touch on his progress and the cost was very reasonable.
