It went very well. First off I was impressed with the communication. I was scheduled quickly. When a morning spot became available I was contacted and rescheduled. When they were running just a few minutes late they called to let me know. Three workers came. The one in charge went over what was to be done and checked to make sure there were no products that should not be used. Then they set about working and did a great job. Even vacummed out the two large foyer chandeliers without being asked. When a ceiling fan was found to be loose they got a screwdriver and tightened it. I recommend this company highly and will use again

Tony from Aladdin came to my home to provide an estimate to clean all carpet and tile/grout in my home (just under 2800 SF). With the Angie's List discount, he quoted me about $460 for the entire job. I thought this was an amazingly fair price, considering my carpet and grout were absolutely filthy! We scheduled the cleaning for about a week later. Tony arrived when he said he would (even calling me ahead of time) and he worked so hard over 5+ hours to complete the job. I have to say, it looks amazing! I have a few stains that are so embedded into the berber, but even those look night and day better. The tile and grout in my kitchen and great room look brand new now. I could not be more pleased

Went pretty well but it seemed that they could have done more. The house was completely empty but the cleaning seemed to go slow. The leader was called away at one point and left only one person to finish up. I might call them again but it seemed a little too slick and not enough overall cleaning. Did excellent job, but I had bought 2 coupons to cover the cost of cleaning my entire house as my sqft is double the amount on the coupon. I did not see anything on coupon that said I could only use one coupon per address, but when called to schedule I was informed could only use one coupon per address. So, have second coupon that I either give away or lose the value on the coupon....so admit not happy about that situation

Fernando and the ladies do a great job. They are conscientious, thorough, friendly, considerate and will do little extras as needed. We run a real estate business from our home, and they work around our active business activities to get our offices cleaned up as quickly as possible.We have art pieces that require special care and they follow my instructions on cleaning the art quite well. We have also asked them to clean homes being listed by us and they have managed to fit these extra jobs into their very full schedule on an as-needed basis. Fernando handles this housecleaning service in a very professional manner. They are completely trustworthy and I would recommend them 100% as a cleaning service
