Recent Review: First, I was in a desperate situation when my last contractor cancelled after I had bought too many materials and needed to get going quickly. I called several people from Angie's List and Jim Yeager, owner of Yeager Flooring was the only one to be quick, polite, receptive and had a "Can Do Attitude". I felt comfortable immediately that this was not only going to happen, but I would be happy. You WILL see my home in a magazine someday soon, because it is absolutely spectacular. A total home makeover is quite an undertaking and I discovered that you really get to know these people, so you better trust 'em, like 'em, and be ready to see them often. I would honestly say that having Jim's crew, especially Kenny, was like having family taking care of my home. Every single person cared about my home like they were doing it for their own family member. Even if I didn't notice or know I wanted something done, I always got a .... "Mister Decker, this doesn't seem like you, or I'm not sure this suits what you are trying to do...." If it wasn't perfect, they made it perfect. If it wasn't working, it was fixed. I especially appreciated how they managed the other contractors and pushed them to deliver the same time of perfection, even if it meant telling me they didn't want that person in my home and found another one I would like. Jim did everything in his power to see that I was happy, his crew treated me like gold, his office staff were always pleasant to deal with, and without going into details, Jim even helped me out with a personal matter to ensure I was the happiest I could be. I'm not sure I'd take on a full remodel again, and not sure they want another project like I threw their way, but if we did, we would definitely do it together.....I have a much smaller project for them in 2015. Thank you Jim. And a BIG special thank you to Kenny, I've never met a worker in my life who cared as much as you about delivering this project! Finishing the job felt like losing my a close cousin!

Recent Review: Our 1st exp. was negative as they failed to show for the appointment; however, we gave them a 2nd chance & our experience was wonderful! They called before arriving a few minutes later than scheduled, gave a competitive bid on the work, came out & cleaned the deck as agreed upon, then did an excellent job in painting the deck. Their work was outstanding, we were satisfied with the price, and they finished the work in the time frame that we required. We are extremely pleased with the finished work!

Recent Review: I’ll tell you what...these guys are the absolute best. We needed our roof tile cleaned and deciders to have them use their special sealant which brought the old tile back to its original look...on top of that, they did a thorough inspection for loose and broken tiles and glued every single one of those back together...we didn’t ask them to do that, they did it on their own and didn’t ask for a dime. On top of THAT, they used their pressure washer to clean the exterior of the house, the lanai, and the paver deck we have. We didn’t ask for that either and they did it on their own and again, didn’t ask for a dime. For the work these guys put in, and the extras they did, you better believe I’m going to write this review and tell you all that if you are in the market for some exterior cleaning, this is your company. Super courteous and professional crew, and with all the dirt that was cleaned off of that roof, I have no idea where it all went?!?!! There’s barely any evidence that they were even there, other than the brilliantly cleaned exterior of our house. Thank you guys so much!!

Recent Review: Fred came out to give me an estimate and spent his time explain what would be done to house. Example was spray wasting the house, then sealing the walls, filling cracks, and the painting. He explained options and was willing to beat any other offers. Once I decided on my colors he was at the house the next day. Spray washed the house but due to the dropping water he said w would seal and paint the house next.

Recent Review: We had outdoor carpeting glued to our 14' x 33' concrete patio floor, a few feet away from our pool. The carpeting was nice for the first few years, but cleaning and maintenance became a problem. Algae and mold grew quickly since it didn?t dry in many areas that were shaded by the patio roof. When we had channel drains installed to facilitate drainage during our hard summer rainstorms, we ripped up the degrading carpet. The glue used to permanently adhere carpet outdoors is a thick, brownish-orange glue. Once our carpet was ripped up, the remains of the glue was permanently adhered to and had stained the patio Kool Deck surface. Our choices were to completely resurface the patio floor, or just have it painted. We preferred the simpler route. Unfortunately, several painters we interviewed did not want to tackle the job. They were afraid that nothing in their arsenal would adhere to the old glue. Then Ed came over. He was experienced with painting driveways and used a primer that would ?stick to ANYTHING!? That sold me. We discussed the options and details and he sent me a proposal and time-frame that I accepted. Ed, Amy, and EJ first pressure-washed the patio floor, getting up as much glue and debris as they could. That was a mess! After pressure-washing they hosed off everything including debris that splashed on the walls and windows. The second day they applied the primer. The third day they caulked holes and cracks then applied the first coat of paint, carefully taping or cutting-in the edges and around the drains. Unfortunately, the color I requested looked awful once it completely covered the floor. It?s difficult to visualize what 14? x 33? is going to actually look like from a 2? x 2? sample! I scrambled to find a suitable color match instead, and called Ed to request a replacement color. He had no problem with that and came over that evening and picked up the sample of the next color. The fourth day he had the color matched and applied a sample of that color. It was perfect so he continued and applied the first coat of the new color. The fifth day he applied the final coat of the new color, with a non-slip additive in the paint (basically sand). Of course, the estimate he initially provided had to be increased due to the additional paint and labor. The result is beautiful. Ed and his family-crew really cared about the quality of the job and it was important for them that I was happy. I re-hired them to paint the floor of our entrance-way and they again did an outstanding job.

Recent Review: Very professional job, always kept us aware of when they were coming to do work. Hand painted the first coat and sprayed the second coat.

Recent Review: Pressure sprayed house, lanai, pool deck, driveway, sidewalks, curb and pads. Sealed pavers (large amount). Ryan Carnes communicated well, provided options, educated me about the process, arrived on schedule, performed good work and cleaned up the site.

Recent Review: Jimmy and his crew were extremely professional, Jimmy explained every step taken from full Pressure washing, scraping old loose paint off, sealing EVERY crack including all-around every window, Sofit, and Eves, Spraying a clear Primer-Sealer to 2 coats of hand-cut brush, and hand-rolled Sherwin-Williams Super Paint. Every Paint Line is razor sharp! They earned every penny we paid and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Recent Review: Excellent experience with Polson Painting. Don Polson and his crew painted the exterior of our home about six months ago. We were so happy with that experience, we called them back to pressure-wash, patch (repair) and paint our lanai deck. Again - very professional and a quality job with premium quality paint.
