It's rare these days to find a company that cares about the quality of their work as much as the Mr. Honey-do team. I'm calling them today for some help at my residence on things that my husband " hasn't gotten around to."

Recent Review: Overall the job went very well and we are quite happy with the quality of the product and it's installation. The owner was part of the crew and onsite for the complete install. To be honest after watching his guys work, they would do a very good job without needing his supervision. We got an estimate back in February when we still had other work be done on the home. We decided to wait until after painting the exterior to get the soffits redone. Since we had repaired all the cedar fascia when we recently replaced the roof, we decided to go with soffit installation only. They recommended an upgraded quality material, but that did not keep their pricing from being very competitive with other bids received that I know included lesser quality products. They provided us with 5 good size color samples so we could work out the color scheme to go with the exterior painting. We choose a linen color that closely matched the light trim color and contrasted well with the darker exterior body color. Once we had the painting scheduled we got in the scheduling line for the soffit work. They are scheduling 5 weeks or so out. They provided notice when they were coming, showed up ready to work. The original estimate was 4 days, but the team really hustled because they were fighting rain storms daily and trying to stay on their overall schedule or even get caught up. They finished in two long days and delivered quality results. We are highly satisfied and recommend them highly

Recent Review: The siding on the upper level of the home was badly in need of repair. Greg originally contracted to replace 50 feet of siding; however, when he started the repairs, it was evident to him that he would need to replace 180 feet of "Hardie" Board, rather than the 50 feet per the original contract. Greg honored the original contract and did not charge any extra money for the increased amount of siding he had to purchase - 130 extra feet versus the original 50 foot estimate. He stood by the original contract and just did what was right to have the job done well and efficiently. He was more than fair and generous. Greg and his wife, Nanciann, worked very well as a team and did a very neat job. Concrete was patched in several areas where necessary. Wherever they painted, windows and other areas were excellently covered to prevent paint from getting into areas not meant to be painted. Wood around the window frames and eaves areas were sanded and painted over. The front porch ceiling was patched and repaired. A rusty wrought iron railing was scraped and painted. On the back porch, some shelves were removed (per customer request.) Greg and Nanciann offered to haul them away, along with a broken table, much to our delight. They also took care of and hauled away a fallen palm tree, the latter for a very small fee - so kind and generous of them. Greg's estimates were lower than the four other painters who gave us estimates for the exterior paint job. He and his wife are very professional, skilled, neat, and clean up the premises beautifully after each day's work. They are very nice people and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOVETT ENTERPRISES. We are going to have a new fence erected in the back yard and will hire Greg to do that job for us. My husband and I look forward to seeing him and Nanciann as they come back again to put up our fence.

Recent Review: Excellent job - the roof replacement went incredibly fast - so fast (less than a day) that I never got a chance to thank the team who replaced it. The two gentlemen who did the structural repairs They had worked together for many years) took longer as it was quite a complex job. It was great to see them discussing the best solution and then implementing. A great example of team work. They repainted the areas that needed it and now you can't tell that there was any damage at all. Just a great job all round. I was enormously impressed that they did not want a downpayment - paid when the work was finished. Great integrity.

Recent Review: The two estimators came out and were polite and thorough. They went up into my attic and found a three nail cluster which is where the leak was. While up on the roof they determined that some shingle caps were cracked and the area next to my chimney had granules that were worn off. I had had my chimney recently resided and the workman who performed that work wore the granules off when working on the chimney. My roof is only 8 years old. The estimate came in at $575 which was to replace the 4 x 6 area where the granules were missing and replace the cracked shingle caps. I questioned if replacing the area where the granules were worn off was necessary and I was told it was cosmetic. I was not sure I wanted to spend $575 on a cosmetic repair . I spoke to Tom and requested an alternative quote on just replacing the cracked shingle caps and address the nail cluster leak. I could live with the worn granules . I received an alternative estimate for a less extensive repair but decided to go with the original repair estimate since that repair was warrantied. The guys showed up on time and they even accommodated me with working to come out on my day off that week which I really appreciated.

Recent Review: enance to avoid future repair Paul is professional, friendly and VERY knowledgable about all things home repair. The job was delayed a bit but Paul communicated to me regularly and kept me informed of when he could do the work. All perfectly understandable. I won't be calling ANYONE else when I need another home repair job done RIGHT the FIRST time. Paul does it all!
