David and the guys did an awesome job. Quick, clean, and friendly! Just the way I like it! We also got a little price break for agreeing to do the job when they came to look at the job (performed the inspection) which seemed fair. Time is just as important to me as to them. Handling out of state rental property is sometimes difficult when the contractor has a busy schedule. These guys are our go to guys in PA.

Four days before leaving on mini vacation, red light and alarm went off in the front yard. I call Maurici Plumbers to check it out along with other kitchen sink issues on my list. Technician Kenny arrived on time to address all the problems. At that time the red light had turned off, so a proposal was written for four other issues. The next day, which was the day we were to leave, the red light alarm went off again. My husband dug up the septic lid to inspect the sump pump. It was making a strange noise. I had to call during our vacation to have the same technician, already familiar with the problem, to come out and replace the pump and PVC to it. Many of our neighbors came by, knowing we were out of town, to check on the technician that was working to fix this issue. They were all impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Excellent job!

PUMPS INSTALLED, ROUTE SEARCHED-THEY FOUND IT WASN'T EVEN CONNECTED. I HAD ONLY 1 PUMP-I PAID FOR TWO SOME TIME OR OTHER. I AM SURE THAT IT'S GOING TO WORK WITH THE NEXT HEAVY RAIN.

It wasn't a fun job. The two guys who came out tried to do the most cost-efficient work possible. They were nice and polite. They did an excellent job and double-checked their work. I have used them in the past, and I have always been very pleased with them. They are very professional; they're reasonably priced; and they know what they're doing. They replaced the water heater, and I was pleased with that work. We haven't had any issues with them.

Anderson Pumps & Irrigation Inc
Anderson Pumps (owner and two associates) came out to my home to provide a proposal for a drainage issue on my property. They came out and reviewed the property discussing the low points and how to address the issue. I asked if they would measure to validate their claim and they said no. They said it was a big job but was something they could do; they went go back to the office to send me a proposal in the mail. After 4 weeks and 2 calls I have not received anything. I would not deal with this company as they can't even follow through on providing a proposal.

RAY DUNCAN PLUMBING INC
The man Ray Duncan Pluming sent out to give the estimate took our information and model # etc. He never looked to see what might be wrong with the pump , even as simple looking to see if it had a blown breaker. He did nothing to examine the pump. He called to price a new unit and gave us an exorbitant price for replacement. I was very disappointed as they were the company that originally installed and also repaired it in the past. We paid a service call for a waste of our time. Another company did our plumbing job and charges were 1/3rd of Ray Duncan's written estimate. Sad.

Kevin was very responsive. I left a voice mail and he called me back right away and advised when he would be able to come by to look at the sump pump. He followed up when his prior commitment was running late so we set up time for the following day. Kevin called when he was on his way. He was very friendly and extremely polite. He looked at my sump pump and it turned out the pipe that was attached to it wasn't glued. I bought this house four months ago so I had no idea that the prior owner didn't glue it. He glued it and all is now working. We will definitely use his services in the future when we want to have our irrigation system checked.

They came out on an emergency situation. We called them at 10pm once the basement had flooded and they ended up coming at 1 am. One technician came out to do the work and it took about an hour and half to complete. The technician that came back out to install the back up pump was great. He cleaned and organized and really took the extra time to do the job right. He was great to deal with and was fantastic.
