we have a larger home (approx 3,500 sq ft) with a roof to match. While it took R.J. Roofing a while to get around to us, both due to their schedule and to delay in getting our requested shingle type, once they started the job, they were timely and efficient in completing the work. Our roof line is rather complex, with quite a few cut-ins and caps, requiring considerable cut-and-fit work to complete the job. The crew was fastidious in cleaning up the work site each evening (example: running a magnetic trolley over the driveway and parts of the lawn to pick up any metal pieces/nails that may have fallen to the ground during that day's work). they were careful with nailing patterns on both the base shingle (5 nails per shingle, necessary for 100 mph wind warranty) and a 4-nail pattern on the cap shingles (for the same reason). Their price was the lowest of all the estimates we received (total of 3), and the craftsmanship has withstood the test of a rather severe (cold/snow) winter. I'm writing this review 6 months + after the initial install. The roof has remained well-maintained and water-tight. We remain very pleased with the work of RJ roofing.
