MONAGHAN ROOFING INC
ROOF STARTED LEAKING 1 MONTH AFTER INSTALLED. AFTER SEVERAL TRIPS AND CALLS AND SEVERAL MONTHS LEAK WAS REPAIRED. ROOF NOW LEAKING IN DIFFERENT SPOT. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY NONE OF MY CALLS WERE RETURNED. I HAD TO GO TO ADDRESS OF BUSINESS WHICH WAS NANCY MONAGHANS HOME AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE OUT OF BUSINESS. I HAVE FOUND OUT THEY CHANGED THE NAME FROM MONAGHAN ROOFING INC. TO MONAGHAN ROOFING LLC. THE PINELLAS COUNTY LICENSING BOARD IS NOW INVOLVED.

B Griffith Roofing Inc
Mr. Griffith provided a competitive estimate and was very easy to work with. The men worked quickly and cleaned up every bit of the roofing removed. Ridge vent looks great and cools the attic well. Our air conditioner finally gets to rest. Leaks have all been fixed. I will ask for a quote and probably hire Griffith Roofing when shingles need to be replaced. Very good work!

Albright Roofing & Contracting Inc
Repaired a 2 year old (hurricane Jeanne) flat roof in a spot that had been 'repaired' by other roofers with limited success. Roof leaked again in a different spot a few months later. Drew of Albright and a roofing consultant independently determined that the roof had been installed improperly by the previous roofer. Albright installed a new roof, this time adding slope to it. Job was timely (with adjustments for the period of heavy rains were having at the time). My only complaint was that the crew did not glue down the surrounding tiles from the tile roof and an edge of the tiles needed to be re-cemented down. Drew quickly came out himself and finished that work in an excellent manner. It rained 2 times very hard right after the roof was installed and it did not leak. Now in the dry season so it will be a while before I have a long term test. Price: N/A since I did not get multiple quotes. I wish I could give an A- but will go with an A since Drew made things right.

ARRY'S WAS EXCELLENT. REPLACING MY ROOF WAS QUITE A JOB AS IT WAS OLD AND HAD LOTS OF ROTTED WOOD, ETC. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALL THE GUYS ON THE CREW WERE SO NICE. THEY MADE SURE OUR ROOF WAS PROTECTED FROM THE RAIN WHILE THEY WERE REPLACING IT AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GIVE US A GOOD PRODUCT. ARRY RUNS A GOOD COMPANY AND GIVES AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT. MICHELLE IN THE OFFICE WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

SUMMER BREEZE ROOFING, INC.
The Job went very well. They stand by their "repace all rotten" wood policy. Eddie the owner kept me abreast of all that was being done and even sent me pictures as the project continued through completion. They did a great job tying the flat roof to the single roof system. I might add that they did a much better job than the roofers that replaced both the shingle and flat roofs. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs flat roof repair/replacement

Stay Dry Roofing of Tampa Bay Inc
Stay-Dry was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They (Manny the estimator) listened to what I wanted (a solution to my problem flat roof) and designed a tapered roofing system that helpes divert water off of the flat roof so it does not "pool." The tapered system also provides an insulation effect and increases the RH value under the flat roof. It's been a year and no leaks and the solution continues to work like a charm. They provided a warranty that exceeded the others. This was a perfect experience.

Recent Review: Chris came to my home and conducted a review of my home and provided an estimate on 04/15/19 - I immediately felt comfortable in his review, roofing knowledge and details he provided. He identified additional work I would need to have done to ensure the work was up to code (AC Hood/house to be built). As I advised him I was allowing other companies to conduct estimate, he was professional, calm and very secure in his experience. He also called a few days later following up on whether I had made a decision - again, very knowledgeable and not a "sales push" type of call. As I had 1 more estimate - I let him know a decision had not been made yet. Solely because of the unexpected additional work that played a part in my budget - I've opted not to go with this company as the total cost would significantly exceed the allotted budget for this project however would wholly recommend this company. My experience is that Chris's professionalism, experience and how he handled this process tells me more about how he deals with his customers and ultimately sets the expectations on his workmanship.

Recent Review: Darryl came by a day or two, after calling for a quote. He has had quite a few years experience, in the roofing business. When he started this company, he decided to specialize in roof repairs ONLY. The other companies, which I contacted for quotes, quoted on a complete reroof. Darryl told me that, basically, a repair (recoating the roof and resealing the "bubble" type skylights would do the job. With periodic recoating, I have quite a few years left of service with my roof. Since it is over my lanai (and essentially over an outdoor room), I felt that the recoat was the way to go. After I made the decision to go with him, he and his crew (his partner and his partner's son, as well Darryl's son) came and did the job the next day. I went up and checked it out. They did a clean job. I'd recommend them for any roofing repair or recoating. Good service.
