I had a problem with my inside phone. When the serviceman came out he told me that the inside of the wall was all wet. We got in touch with Dry-Me-Out and within 20 minutes we had someone at our home. They then proceeded to take charge of the whole problem. They got in touch with the plumber and had the leak fixed and tested the walls to see how far the the wall had been ruined. They brought in the big dry out fans. I believe we had at least 4 in the kitchen and 1 in the bathroom. The men were extremely professional and careful as they did their job in case we had mold in the wall. Thank God we did not. The fans were there for several days and they tested everything before the restoration was begun. I would recommend this Company to all my family & friends. Thank you Dry-Me-Out for making us whole

went fantastic, very very satisfied, did the work, did it on, did it at the estimated cost, Jim Yeager does most of the estimating for his jobs, adjusted his schedule and came even before our insurance adjuster arrived, and provided a detailed estimate that was spot on with what hte insurance adjuster later provided, so it was easy to compare the two, to see that the insurance would cover the work jim would do. the other primary thing was he was able to hire new good and loyal employees, able to send them to jobs with little supervision because he trusts them to do the work and make decisions if things come up on the spot.

On 9/2/2021 while heading to the other side of the house at 4:30 AM I ended up water skiing across my kitchen; the house had taken on a lot of water from a broken utility sink water line☹. After working several hours to mitigate the damage as much as possible I contacted Mr. Tom Graham of Joe Cool to request the name of the company, he used to mitigate an issue his company had at my home six years ago. Mr. Graham answer immediately upon coming to work with the name of the Company – Vet*Cor. I left a message with the National Vet*Cor answering service; it was before business hours and their web page provided several email addresses for the Tampa organization which allowed me to explain my problem and the need for their assistance via email to the members of the Tampa organization. I received a call from Nathan/Assistant Project Manager, explained the situation and asked for their assistance in the mitigation of the water damage done by the massive leak that had taken place. In our discussion I discovered they were a preferred Contractor with my insurance company. Nathan advised that he and Mr. Brad Van Horn/Project Manager would be loading up their truck and heading to our home. Nathan and Brad upon arrival advised how their organization worked as it related to insurance companies and based on my initial assessment of the problem thought it was just the formal living room rug that needed the water mitigation and that I would pay out of pocket to get it rectified. They inspected the carpet and then asked my permission to inspect the other areas where I had reported to find water (which I had removed prior to their arrival). Bottom line, it turns out my assessment was extremely poor and not even close to the problems I had. After further discussion it was determined that I needed to contact my insurance company, which I did. While I was filing the claim Nathan and Brad continued with their assessment to include a drawing and pictures. Part of the assessment and eventual mitigation required the movement of a large two sectional, very heavy China cabinet. Upon determining how it came apart and verification that it was too heavy for the three of us they called two of their technicians (Patrick and Corey) to stop by from a different project they were at to ensure the safe movement of the China cabinet, which was safely accomplished – keeping in mind the insurance company while verbally understanding my request for Vet*Cor to do the mitigation work had not assigned the claim to Vet*Cor. After being in our home for several hours they advised they would contact me early the next morning. At 8:00 Am on 9/3/2021 Mr. Van Horn called and advised the insurance company had not assigned the claim to them yet; however, his management stated that since I had filed the claim while they were present and specifically requested their company to do the water mitigation their technicians were in the process of loading all the required equipment and will be at our home by 9:30 AM. By 9:15 AM Erick and Patrick arrived, did their walk-around and then went to work. When they finished all the affected base boards were removed, all the carpet with water had been lifted and the underlying pad (which held the water) removed, the carpet put back in its original place and then all the blowers and humidifiers strategically setup to pull the water out of the two carpets and the damaged walls. Erick and Patrick stayed on task until their planned activities for this portion of the project was completed, despite my offers for taking a coffee break which they politely declined and continued their work. Later in the morning Brad and Nathan arrived and advised the insurance company had yet to contact them to which I offered to pay out of pocket, which they declined. They advised their company, as a preferred Contractor with my insurance company had every confidence, they would be assigned the claim and will complete the water mitigation on the carpet and walls. At the end of the work, they asked what time that would be convenient for us tomorrow for Erick to stop by and check on the equipment and ensure their strategic location within the home was doing what they expected. The friendliness, the demonstrated actual concern for the problem in our home, and their total and complete professionalism validated why Veterans make great businessmen. As well, they did go above, and beyond which included physical labor without knowing if they in fact had the claim and their expressed concern for the safe and successful restoration of our home. About 30 minutes after they left for the day, my insurance company called and verified that Vet*Cor would get the claim work for the water mitigation process and asked for Mr. Van Horns contact information and did call him immediately after talking to me. If you need mitigation services in your home, to get it ready for the contractors who will come in and rebuild and to do it professionally and stay on task to get the work done, you will never go wrong by hiring Vet*Cor for this type of work – Veterans are worth their Weight in Gold and this organization proves it by their actions

ATi Services of Tampa Inc

After having our house damaged by another contractor breaking a water pipe in the second floor attic, we turned to Angie?s List to find a general contractor who could handle all the various repairs. The damage included carpet replacement on two floors, wallboard repairs, ceiling repairs, bathroom flooring and cabinet replacement, popcorn ceiling replacement, and repainting for all of the above. We located Jack Z. with ATI Services on Angie?s List and called him for an estimate. Jack was very knowledgeable of all facets of the repairs and offered many suggestions along the way. We agreed to ATI Services doing the work. A schedule was established and Greg and Paul arrived at the appointed time to start the work. During the repairs, the upstairs bathroom tile was installed and a new vanity was installed on the same day. This turned out to be a bad idea as the tile was apparently walked on too soon. This caused the tile to be unleveled and not properly aligned, probably due to shifting. I sent Jack an email about the condition of the bathroom. Jack responded immediately. He had his crew completely remove the vanity and the tile. They replaced the tile and waited until the next day to replace the vanity. Jack?s taking responsibility for the mishap without any argument is something not seen in many contractors. The rest of the work was finished in a timely manner and they did a wonderful job. I want to offer a special thanks to Greg for his efforts during this project. He is meticulous in everything he does. We also hired ATI Services to accomplish two other projects. Again, their work was superb.

This is a great company to have work in your home. We had water damage and mold from a roof leak and our public adjuster recommended 1-800-DryMeOut. I am so glad that we took his advice and hired them. Their work is meticulous and all the employees that came to our home were very professional and courteous. They were careful with my property and belongings. They installed dust protection throughout my home. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves daily, and offered helpful advice on how to proceed with the insurance claim and the remodel work. Their work was top notch! I would definitely recommend 1-800-DryMeOut! Joe and Steve were especially great to work with!

Recent Review: When I first called Jack and described the situation, he said it sounded like water had gotten into the wall behind the tile and if so we would be looking at the possibility of replacing all tile in the bathroom because it is an older home and it would be impossible to match the tile. He said he would come out the next day and look at it. One thing which makes his quick response so amazing is that his company's primary work is building custom homes and he certainly can make more money doing that than working on relatively small jobs like ours, and if you have ever tried to get a handyman to come give you an estimate, you know you almost never find one who will respond within 24 hours. The day following my initial call Jack called to see if it was a convenient time for him to come over and he was here within 15 minutes. He checked the tiles that had broken, checked the window caulking and checked the window from outside the house and found a crack in the window ledge. He said he couldn't be sure of what was going on without removing the window and the tile window sill and warned me that although they could replace the sill with marble, they may be unlucky and the tile trim around the window which is a deeper blue may be damaged. We scheduled a time for he and his crew to come do the work within the next two days and he advised us to cover the window and the area around it with plastic until they could come back in two days. They came back as scheduled, removed the window and window sill very carefully, but unfortunately two pieces of the trim tile did chip. They checked for damage and found only the wood framing had been damaged and they could replace that, do a treatment to kill and prevent any mold damage in case they had missed it, but were confident there was no mold or moisture anywhere else because there was no mold growth around the tub or fixtures and no mold on the tiles they removed. They said to be cautious they were going to bring a dehumidifier and have it run for the next two days, again as a precaution. They returned two days later, checked inside the wall again and when they were confident they had solved the problem, they reframed the window, cleaned all the old caulk off the window, put in a water barrier, replaced the window, fixed the crack in the sill outside the house, replaced the drywall around the window which they had to remove to check for mold and moisture and to take the window out, resurfaced the drywall and installed a beautiful piece of marble which they custom made to cover not only the sill, but the area of the chipped trim tile. When they were finished, it looked as if it had always been that way. Another bright spot was that unlike some contractors and handymen we have used, they cleaned up after they finished, including cleaning the tub. I cannot say enough about Jack and his son and other crew member. They came promptly when they said they would and always called before coming to make sure it was convenient. They were polite and kept us informed every step of the way what they were going to do and why and informed us after it was done. They take pride in their work and it shows. not only were we pleased with the work they did but when it came time to pay for the work, the price that Jack charged us for 19 hours of work on the project was an unbelievably, incredibly, more than fair price of $627.00. When it does come time to remodel the bathroom and the kitchen, as well as any other issues which may come up, we will most definitely use Jack again.

Recent Review: Kevin and his team are fabulous! Not only was the quality of their work fabulous (our final mold tests proved that - we were beyond clean!) but they were the definition of professionals. Showed up exactly when they said they would, took extreme care when moving around in our home, kept us apprised of the work as they were doing it, and were more than happy to address any questions or concerns we had. Ultimately Kevin and his team were not going to be satisfied until they knew we were not only 100% free of any mold/damage but that we were completely happy as well. I will add that Kevin's knowledge of mold remediation was apparent and I greatly appreciated all he did to make sure we were educated consumers. Every member of his team were also complete professionals and highly attentive. The final proof of their quality work came when we had general contractors come in to give us quotes on rebuilding our bathroom/closet and each one remarked on what a great remediation job had been done and wanted the name of who we used. Having a serious plumbing and mold issue is stressful - and Kevin and his team make the remediation as smooth as it could be!

Recent Review: Kevinwas outstanding as he provided professional advice to me and to Lowes. the plumber lowes hired forgot to reconnect the garbage disposal hose to the dishwasher on their first visit. the plumber told lowes that not much water came out even though he did not verify with a moisture meter Kevin gave me advice to use a moisture meter and I found two areas with 100% Moisture even though I had a fan in the cabinet under the sink for days. He also reviewed the meter readings as I checked it when he came out for a carpet cleaning quote. Kevin saved me from the plumbers erroneous response to my request to review any damage caused by their failure to reconnect the hose to the dishwasher. The plumber came out right away but DID NOT verify his assumptions by using a moisture meter. Thank you, Kevin for your outstanding assistance and advice! The plumber finally responded and drilled 4 large holes so my fan could reach the underside of the cabinet. I will find out over the next week or so if the delay in action by the plumber resulted in damage to my counters. I am so happy with Kevim's support as I was helpless in this issue. as a result of his findings, the lowes installation manager came out finally with the plumber 5 days after reporting this issue. unfortunately. I had to call lowes several times about this. finally, I asked the manager to call Kevin as he is a fluid restoration specialists their plumber is not. the plumber finally took action and drilled 4 holes so the fans I bought could reach the area under the counter. I can only hope that this will take care of any potential counter warping or mold issues. I bought home new and have lived in it for 15 years without a single incidence of water damage 7 til now. My counter opening area meter reading at just short of 100% Thank you. Kevin!8
