At my request was visited by Ms. Levy on August 27, 2009. I was having continual issues with my dog getting out. I had installed a consumer brand PetSafe system and it did not work at all! So I called a subsidiary of them and it is Invisible Fence. I signed an agreement, Put $300.00 down and with the understanding that I had until September 30, 2010. Right away I noticed it was working and was pleased. On October 10 and then again on the 19th and then again the following week I received invoices for the balance. I had been out of town the entire month of September and most of October working. I did explain this to her and told Felice that I would be able to pay upon my return. 10 later I received a very rude phone call from her asking me to pay the money because she had people to pay. I got back 3 days later and paid the bill. RIGHT after the check cleared, I started having issues with inconsistent working issues. When I called I got no response. I called again, no response. When she did call me back she asked me if the light was blinking or solid. I don't remember which but it was doing whatever it is that made her believe that the wall unit was bad. They came out and found that there were two line breaks. I never agreed to paying for something to be fixed that I have had for only 9 months. I started having issues with it right away but figured in time I would get a return call. The real killer now is the UNIT still doesn't work after the service order was done on May 4, 2010. I have called and they want be to pay the bill before they come out and charge me another service call.
