From first contact to completion Robert was a pleasure to work with. I hired 2 Day Flooring to install Vinyl Plank flooring in my parents new manufactured home. He came when he said he would, he offered options to accommodate any budget level, he and his helper worked full days so the job approx 1400sf only took 2.5 days and I'm very pleased with the quality of the end product. Highly recommend, his demeanor and work ethic are refreshing in this day and time.

Ceramic Creations was assigned to us through the home service store who is the installer for Floor and Decor. Upon work completion the poor quality of installation was immediately clear. The floor was buckling and there was debris under the floor that was showing through at multiple points in the floor. We demanded that they remove the floor and completely reinstall at the recommendation of a flooring inspector that did a thorough inspection and created a report that showed major flaws in the installation They declined despite the overwhelming evidence citing the inspector was not a "certified flooring inspector" - he was a highly experienced and certified home inspector that is rated highly on Angie's List. One year later the floor is deteriorating quickly and will need to replaced soon. This company is by far the worst contractor I've ever had to deal with.

Our concrete slab was in bad shape for a floating floor. These guys ground and ground and used self leveling concrete to flatten out the floor. They under cut the stonework we had so the flooring would slip under it and make a nicer looking finish. They under cut door jambs and finished off base boards with shoe molding. The joints in the flooring were good and tight. They did an overall nice and professional job.

I found Mike on Angie's List last year and was very pleased with his work. In June, I decided to re-do my home office, but didn't have time to install the floor. I called Mike and he came over, gave me an estimate, and scheduled the job for the next week. When the big day arrived, he was on time, very professional, and was extremely meticulous about the work. The floor is beautiful, and I couldn't have gotten the project done on time without Mike. I can't say enough good things about him!

Very responsive. Performed survey the next day after contacted and started work the following day. First rate work. Very satisfied with the job performed.

Janos of SWI did an absolutely superb job. He was communicative, his price was fair and he was meticulous and thorough in the installation. The new vinyl plank flooring required a little more finesse than typical laminate, and Janos was an absolute craftsman in laying the floor flawlessly. In addition to his skillful workmanship, Janos was a pleasure to be around. He was punctual, worked tirelessly, and left the house in immaculate condition. And the floor looked great! I would not hesitate to recommend Sweet Home Improvements for anyone's flooring job and look forward to contracting with Janos for our next job. Janos is usually booked well in advance, so plan accordingly.

Florida Floors Supplies did a wonderful job on my vinyl plank flooring. Douglas was very helpful in picking out the product and exact color I wanted. Their white glove installation service went efficiently and flawlessly. I am very satisfied with the overall experience, and would highly recommend Florida Floors Supplies to anyone who is looking to upgrade and beautify their home.

We had used them before. They had to bring a jackhammer in and break out tile and everything. It was quite a job. They did the trim and it really looks great. The quality is great, super floor. We really like the company. There was a little mix up but the owner called and cleared it up within a day.

This was our first time remodeling and it went amazingly well. We are super happy with our decision to hire Dean Alfonsi to do our work. I got several estimates before beginning and Dean's was not the cheapest, but he was also not the most expensive. We wanted someone who could do it all at a high quality and a fair price, and someone we could trust in our home while we worked. They were completely trustworthy and very neat. His wife Suzanne was also involved behind the scenes and was a fantastic communicator. She kept us updated and was the go-between when we needed to communicate about the work. Before the work started, we also got a quote for our kitchen remodel. We are definitely going to hire Dean to do the kitchen as soon as we pay off the money for this first stage of our home improvement projects. Flooring We picked out a rather expensive flooring, which I know brought the price a little higher than normal. We had approximately 1000 square feet of new flooring installed throughout most of our house. It looks amazing! They had to remove tile from the kitchen and entryway and hired an outside company to do the work. Dean wasn't happy with some of the ridges left behind under the tile, but he handled it like a champ. We probably wouldn't even have known there had been an issue except we were off from work those days and saw him handle and correct the situation. He smoothed out the floor until he was satisfied that the new planks would lay perfectly. Moulding We had the moulding removed and new moulding installed. This also looks really sharp! One thing to note about Dean's responsiveness - unfortunately we changed our mind after the moulding went up in our office. We asked Dean to remove the moulding from one wall so we could install a new wall unit flush against the wall. We offered to pay him something for the extra time, but they did not ask for more money. Drywall repair Part of the cost included some minor-ish drywall repair to our ceiling indoors and a little bit outside on our porch. Dean and his crew repaired all this. We're very happy because we know he put in some extra effort on our porch as the damage was greater than expected. Interior Painting We had about 1100 square feet painted in 4 different colors. They also painted the interior doors AND the ceilings. The kitchen needed to be textured, so they did that before they painted. This was all agreed upon and included in the quote. We had a couple dark area with dark paint that required multiple coats of paint and one room required 3 coats. They didn't specify in the quote how many coats the price included, but did tell us that they would make sure our walls got as many coats as needed. It looks very professional and they obviously took a lot of time and effort into completing the work. As the work was coming to an end, we asked for another estimate to re-grout our bathrooms and the area behind our kitchen sink and asked them to hang 6 canvas prints in the living room for a gallery wall. I placed cut out paper on the wall where each print should go with instructions for the work while I was away. I also asked that they not follow my cut out papers too closely since they were a little crooked and unevenly spaced. The gallery wall was done on the last day and was the finishing touch to a beautiful job! My only hesitation when I was first gathering estimates was that some of the other businesses had a huge number of positive reviews and Alfonsi did not have AS many. They made a really good impression and I loved that a local husband and wife team worked together in a family business and quickly decided to go with them for the work. We made a great decision and now we know who do go to for any home improvement project. They can do it all.

What a joy it was to work with such a wonderful group of people. Beginning with Bill whose knowledge, kindness and selection of quality flooring guided us through our project. We removed carpeting and laminate through out our home and replaced it with waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring. Bills wonderful installers came in removed our existing flooring and kept a clean job site. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The quality of their work was awesome. We could not be happier and would highly recommend Bill for your next job.

We recently decided to replace old, worn-out flooring throughout our entire house with new carpet and vinyl plank products. We visited several flooring companies before choosing FlooringAmerica. We were very impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable staff who listened carefully to what we thought we wanted and then showed us several of their products that they believed would work best. We choose carpet for both bedrooms and living room and Cortec vinyl planks with a wood-like finish for bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas. The removal of the old carpet and the installation of the new carpet was done quickly and neatly by crews who were very pleasant, experienced and professional. They arrived at the house at the scheduled time and were done in about five hours. They moved furniture as needed; pulled up the old carpet and pad and disposed of it; checked the floor for anything that might need repair; fixed a few small areas; laid the new pad and carpet; and replaced the furniture. Likewise, the crew who installed the vinyl plank flooring were very pleasant, experienced and professional. They removed the old vinyl sheet flooring in the bathroom and disposed of it before they began laying the vinyl planks in the bathroom, hallway and part of the dining room. Before getting into the kitchen, they pulled up the old vinyl sheet and found a big area that needed to be repaired. They offered to fix it for an additional charge but we opted to do the work ourselves. After the repair, they came back promptly as scheduled and quickly installed the new vinyl planks. The result is our floors are beautiful and we are very happy with the FlooringAmerica products and personnel. We are very happy to recommend them to our family, friends and others who might be looking for new flooring.
