Tampa Bay Pool Heater Installation

From the first minute I had contact with Jim Rex I knew I wanted to deal with this company. There was no pressure on the sale and he came over multiple times to discuss both the pool heating and whole home solar prior to signing a contract. He answered the phone every time I called and was happy to talk and answer any questions. The staff at the office were super friendly and made sure I had an answer to every question. I had a great experience with the pool install and they did a great plumbing job that made the whole pool area look much more organized. They spent an hour explaining the system and answering any questions. The whole home system was installed in 3 days including a circuit breaker upgrade and relocation. The staff was courteous and respectful of my infant daughter. They also came back the day after install to teach the system and answer all my questions.

Richard is great. Very responsive, professional and he took his time doing the work carefully. He even took time to show me everything about my new pool, pump, and heater. He obviously cares about his customers and his work and it shows. Very glad I hired him.

Everything was top quality at a very fair price. Jeramy (the owner) performs the work and he is very knowledgeable and efficient. I got three estimates and Aqua Shark was the most reasonable, so I went with them. It's a small company but Jeramy was very reassuring that he had the experience and knowledge to do the job. Anyway, everything went very well and we now have a new spa heater and also an annoying pump leak was also fixed. This will be my pool equipment repair guy in the future.

Our pool pump was running but just blowing bubbles instead of water. Coincidentally it started right after my husband had cleaned the filter. He called Pinch a Penny on East Lake Road and they first suggested he try to and quot;primeand quot; the pump, thinking maybe that would fix the problem and save us a service charge. We really appreciated this suggestion which could have saved us the trip charge. However, it turned out there was actually leaks in the drain plug and the intake pipe. The work was done promptly at a fair price. We have been using Pinch A Penny for 11 years and have had very good experiences with their assistance in keeping our pool sparkling clean. Over the years, we have purchased a gas pool heater, a replacement Barracuda, replacement pool pump and all our self-service pool cleaning supplies. We have been very happy with the value and quality of service.

Fantastic service! I called on Wednesday and they told me a service person would be out to look at it that week. The next day a service person was out and fixed the problem in 5 minutes, all in time for me to have a heated Spa for my Memorial Day party. They are bookmarked in my favorites for the next time I need any pool repair.

LCD readout on the heater did not work and hence I never knew what temp the heater was trying to reach. Paul offered me the option of a used part at half price or a brand new one at regular price. I now can set the temp of the water without guessing, and don't have to turn the heater off when the water becomes too warm. Visiting family is happy. I asked Paul about the pool pump as well. He gave me advice on when to replace it, but did not try to find more work himself, or expense for me.

Pete arrived at my home within 20 minutes of first contact. He solved the problem in under 30 minutes. I was so happy! I intend to call Comfort Pools for all my future pool repair needs.

Rick and John guided me through the purchase of the new variable speed pool pump. The pump was then installed by one of their service technicians.

we ended up having to get a new pool pump which was more of a cash outlay than we planned , but it is working well.

They tapped off a line and put a new electric box near the pool pump to handle the pool heater. They came in and did the work what was asked of them and also gave me a quote on another item we were looking for, but we did not pursue. He came in and measured from the main outlet to make sure we had enough capacity to put the box where we wanted. They ran the cable and put up the box.

TECH QUICKLY DETERMINED THAT A 210 CLOCK WAS INSTALLED ON A 110 CIRCUIT. CHANGED OUT CLOCK WITH ONE ON HAND. HAD TO RETURN WHEN THE REPLACEMENT CLOCKS GEARS WERE DETERMINED TO BE MALFUNCTIONING. NO CHARGE FOR RETURN. AS PROVIDED ADVANCE ON RUNNING THE SYSTEM MORE EFFICIENTLY.

I found Mike many years ago just after i had my pool put in. He has been my mainstay for service and has always done an excellent job!

Jessica the manager and Mike the installer did a great job getting me a high quality pump installed in less than 24 hours. Works great, excellent customer service for any pool needs at the Lutz location!

They helped us select the proper motor. After talking with them, I elected to replace the pump, too. They were prompt and the service was fast. The prices were quite reasonable.
