We are the new owners of a 1991 house. Since we moved iin the outlets and lights in the master suite started dying one by one in weird rapid succession over time. I was concerned that squirrels might have damaged the wiring or that we had a hazzard. Marshal met with my husband for the free estimate and presented himself as a fourth generation electrician, (which would date his family back to the early days of electricity if our calculations are right). Marshal put us both at ease right away by explaining that lights, switches and outlets all have a life cycle and our 1991 build had just reached theirs. We also got estimates on outdoor lighting. The job is by the hour and we booked two guys for four hours on a Friday afternoon. Plus they charge mileage as a standard. They were professional, courteous, straight forward with my questions on the cause of an additional melted light that we had them replace. The exterior light install looked better than I expected. For the first time since I moved in I can see mt whole walkway to the door and my new door simply looks beautiful at night with the new lights that they installed. Part of that is my pick of lights but they did a really good job as far as I can telll. I will update if there are problems and how they are later addressed, but Marshal assued me that they follow through with any problems with no extra cost if it has to do with the work that they did. Marshal did not offer any Angies list coupons or discounts at this time because he said that he did not know that much about it, but said that he might consider doing so down the line. I was pleased with what I paid and the service so far so I would call them again.
