Very easy. Mr. Howard was very professional and patient. All questions were answered. All instructions were clear on how to vacate the house, what to bag, etc. There was not clear communication (esp. on the day of vacating the house) on the handling of keys, and I was surprised to learn that the attic was to misted with a pesticide. I really wanted to pass the keys on personally to a rep before vacating the house. Good thing I waited around; no one had asked about access to the attic prior to the day I was to leave. Otherwise, I assume all went well. I'll know later in the year when swarming time comes around. My sense is that this company is trustworthy. BBB rates them highly.

Termidor was used in select active termite areas with a needle injection into the front door, damaged areas in the wood floor and front window sill.

Recent Review: They removed two mattresses and two box springs from house to back of house and sprayed them with a fine mist they then totally sprayed both bedrooms and adjoining bath rooms with a fine mist. They sprayed family room Love seat and sofa and around all baseboards and doors in house.. Within two hours we brought mattresses and box springs back into bedrooms. They did this once a week for a month. One mattress and box spring was unrecoverable and had to be replaced. We have not had any bugs since. THe only negative with this company is employee turnover is constant and in a year have never seen same person twice. They either pay to little or have very poor working conditions and need to improve there employee relations. I have not had any problems other then ants and I had 4 different trucks and four employees here at once. This included two supervisors. The other two employees were new and they were here 21/2 hours being shown how to so;ve the problem. It took four trips to get rid of ants and they were only successful when supervisors showed employees what to do. Still give company A for effort and results but wish they could hang on to there employees.

The install was delayed until the weekend after the 4th of July as a result of heavy rain. Tom came and worked until a further rain delay and returned the next day to finish the install. The work done was very professional and at first glance I could not detect the system in our back yard. I don't do many reviews but in this case I had to do this one. Now these are great people to do business with. The original active misting agent to be used was changed to another because they noted our two small dogs, love of the butterfly and other of God's creatures. Results were noted within days but the full impact will take some 45 days or more to break the mosquito cycle.Living in Florida can be a great experience as it has been for the last 40 years for us but the mosquito always has limited our summer outside experience and perhaps contributed to an encephalitis event of my wife some 6 years ago. We had another service provider out to give us an estimate but none were as personable as Tom and Susan of BuzzOff of Tampa Bay.
