Tampa Bay Metal Stair Installation

John and Roger were on time and reliable through out the project - which took about 6 work days. They treated our home like their own. Politely asked how and where to set up their equipment and materials so as not to disrupt our living or our working - both my wife and I have home offices. They were detailed and conscientious in their work and creative in working around issues and contstraints posed by the construction of the existing staircase. The only detail that they missed was puttying the nail holes on the new treads before the final finishing was completed. Scheduling Chris to do the final sanding and finishing of the new treads and rails with the office was a hassle...but Chris did a great job. The office staff are not very customer-focused when it comes to communication, coordination and scheduling with customers - from our experience.

Jeff was exactly on time, kept everything very clean and neat, did a double check to make sure nothing was missed. Very pleasant to work with. Best of all, he got along with all three of my dogs and made extra effort to make sure they were safe from all of the paint etc.

From start to finish, Martin was professional and reliable. He worked up several CAD drawings of different designs for us to review, and after we made our selection, he had an extensive list of color options. His communications were excellent, keeping in touch with us throughout the process. Manufacturing time was exactly as predicted, installation was prompt and professional. The finished result: Beautiful! Based on the website, they also do custom gates and fences. I will not hesitate to hire Martin again for another project. I wish all businesses were as professional and ethical as Argentum Welding Corp!

Overall an excellent job - building the new TREX stairs was a bit trickier than I realized it would be due to slight slope they had to be built on. Tony addressed the slope issue really well and was very creative with finishing of TREX edges - he worked through a very rainy day to finish the project. I'm very happy with how the new stairs look, and plan to work with the company for some interior projects.

The experience was awesome from the beginning to end. The customer service staff was excellent in gathering my needs and telling me what to expect when the technician arrive. The technician was on time, courteous, and professional. He explained the process and how he was going to accomplish the tasks. He left both work areas cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend to Mr. Handyman for price, professionalism and expertise.

Scott has to be the most professional and nicest property maintenance individual I have hired. The finished work was phenomenal and we were so pleased with the outcome. What seemed difficult to us in repair and trust me we tried, Scott made it look too easy. He updated us along the way and the communication afterward was top-notch. My wife and I highly recommend hiring him for any maintenance/handyman needs!!!

I chose Chris because he was local, told me that he had done this type of job before, and quoted a reasonable price. He showed up on time and completed the job efficiently even though he had to run out to get new moldings since the old ones could not be removed without breaking them. He obviously takes pride in his work and cleans up the work area after he is finished. He will be the first person I call if I have need for help on another project.

The new wood was adjacent to the wood that was installed years ago. There was an obvious difference in the coloration because the old wood had faded. We had the floor sanded and refinished. The quality of their work and the quality of the material they use makes the difference. They are quite professional. This was the third time that we used them, and each time we have been satisfied. They are easy to work with. They are not the least expensive. They are definitely on my list of companies to contact for future work.

He was punctual and extremely efficient and has down to earth rates. I am very pleased to have met Walfredo and his wife. They are very nice people, they make an amazing team. They got to work as soon as they arrived (they had all the materials needed ready). Every detail was taken care of. Very swift. Two thumbs up!

He did an excellent job in building a stair railing from my rough drawings and pictures! Communication was great - always arrived/called when he said he would. Definitely recommended!

From the beginning of the experience, Mike was very responsive. I received a response within minutes and even talked to him on a Sunday night. He provided a quick quote, and found time in his full calendar to complete our job for a surprise bday. The work was a bit more of a challenge, but he managed through it and stayed late to complete the job. We absolutely plan on using him in the future for additional projects.

Larry arrived when he said he would, gave an estimate, called with an update on another project he was checking on for us and then came the next day to complete work. He was on time, did a fantastic job and was very reasonable. Very professional!!!!

Phenomenal. I am particular/detail-oriented, and their work was excellent. Owner personable and all were professional. Asked a lot of questions to make sure it was exactly as we wanted/expected. Happy to pay them at the end, as they exceeded our expectations. Don't hesitate to hire them, you won't be disappointed. We will contact them in the future for any painting needs.

They were absolutely excellent. They installed flooring in our house and did a very professional job. They could not do the installation because we were showing that we had moisture in our floor. It turned out that when we had our pool put in 1979 and they did not cap the sprinkler system correctly, so for years and years when we put the sprinkler system on the water was coming into our foundation. We had to make sure that it was done correctly. They did a fabulous job and I would recommend them. We spent about $10,000 on that work and the price seemed to be right at the time. They were not the least expensive, but were the best qualified.

I called ATI Services, Jack called me back with in an hour. He stated he would need to come by to look at the needed project. We set up a time. He came buy just as we set up. We discussed what I was in need. The project was not going to be as simple as installing the stairs. The original opening was only 18 x 24. So the ceiling would need to be opened wider. But to put more concern was a old attic fan that was installed above of the ceiling and that would need to be removed. Jack came back with an estimate within a day. The price was satisfactory to me. We set up a date to begin the work, Joe and Ed arrived as scheduled and began the demolition. They covered all areas being walked on and all furniture that might be impacted by dust. They were both very professional and explained every step all the way. The project was completed just what I needed and it looked just the way I thought. They cleaned up the area making sure that I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend ATI Services be cause they were great. I look at SOC (service, outcome and cost) and look for a balance. They hit the mark on all three.
