Recent Review: Ronny Snow and his team did a beautiful job on the restoration of our pool. Our hot tub was in rough condition and at risk of collapsing into our pool. The team made the necessary repairs to the hot tub and then gave the entire pool a new look with coping and tile to match. Mr Snow came out to our home to address questions have and look over the work. Outstanding company with a sense of pride in their work and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. We are very Happy with our pool and would definitely use Ronny Snow again.

Recent Review: Mr. Kamal was the designer, construction foreman, and frequent hands-on installer for a major pool renovation. He resurfaced my pool, removed a small wading pool adjacent to the swimming area and replaced it with a custom-made, 6-person spa. In doing so, much of the piping and all of the electrical wiring had to be replaced. Omar also assisted in the selection of new tile and pavers. When we could not find accent tiles to coordinate with the tiles along the water's edge, he individually cut center diamonds and inserted small glass block into approximately 20 tiles to provide coordinated decorative accents. He was able to instruct contracted laborers to remove the old child's pool without disturbing the pool screen. Throughout the project, Mr. Kamal made recommendations of design elements that provided a beautiful, updated look to the entire pool area. He worked diligently, with few breaks, until the project was complete. On occasion he brought family members in to assist in order to meet his time schedule. The old kool deck was covered with travertine tile and the canilever edges replaced with clean angles. The result was a pool area that looks sensational! Prior to hiring Mr. Kamal, I consulted at least 12 other pool companies; none seemed as committed to providing quality service as Grand Aquatics. Since the installation, Omar has been providing intermittent technical support for my pool equipment. Recently he installed a remote panel to best operate the spa. Mr.Kamal is in high demand and works continuously; occasionally he needs a reminder if a request has been overlooked but he has always done what he says he will do and his prices are extremely reasonable for the work he does. I cannot speak highly enough regarding his talents and his commitment to providing good service. You will do yourself a disservice if you do not investigate using Grand Aquatics to renovate an existing pool or build a new pool.

Recent Review: Four years ago we picked superior pool to build a pool because their advertising said they would stand by their work 100%. We have had to have plaster replaced two times in the last four years due to the inferiority of the product that was used to plaster the pool, at no fault of superior Pool. With some negotiations and determination by us, Superior Pool has replace the plaster twice at no cost to us standing by their advertising. We have learned afterwards that the manufacturer, CLI wouldn’t stand by their product and never reimbursed Superior for the defective product. Although this Pool has been a long hard road for us, Superior has in the end given us the quality Pool we originally expected.

Recent Review: Dan is very knowledgeable, not only about our salt water pool but also the separate hot tub that we have. He spent a long time explaining all the components and what we needed in the future. I am impressed with how much he cares about his clients and their individual needs, and I am pleased to find a pool serviceman who can also repair and service stand-alone hot tubs. I will be using him to service our pool weekly and I find that his prices are lower than other pool services that gave me estimates.

Recent Review: Luiz was honest, professional and very helpful in all decisions having to be made in the undertaking. He worked with us and suggested color choices and textures that would really enhance the look of our pool and whole backyard environment. Luiz and his team worked neatly and totally in-sync with each other. They are also very entertaining when plastering! He kept us informed every step of the way and gave us detailed information for the care of the pool after the initial install. The pool looks fabulous! So excited not to have to deal with leaks, cracks and the constant blackening of the grout that we have been dealing with for the last 10 years. This was the best decision we have made. Keep the coffee on, Luiz loves coffee :-)

Recent Review: Sparkling Kleen was recommended by our neighbors, and they had been recommended by their friends, so that was two personal recommendations. We needed a spa leak fixed, and wanted the pool area paved with pavers over the concrete. We had been told by a leak detection company that it was not going to be an easy fix and that we would need a pool remodeling company. Since the spa would have to be broken into in order to find and repair the leak, we decided to have it and the pool resurfaced as well. Mike gives an extremely professional proposal. He is a structural engineer, so we had faith in his recommendations. Julie, in the showroom, was very helpful in picking out pavers, and pool resurfacing options. The majority of the work was done while we were out of town. Three weeks later, we are loving our new pool and patio SO much! All that remains to be done is sealing of the pavers, for which 30-60 days needs to be allowed for the bricks to cure.

Recent Review: Jeremy and the while GPS team and subs were very professional and courteous. There work was done on time and superb quality. My pool was refinished after 20 years and it looks fantastic. They also refinished 2 of my neighbors pools in the same time frame and they look great as well. Have been using GPS for approx 10 years for all my pool services and products. Great company. Great people.

Recent Review: One word... EXCELLENT! My pool pump had stopped working. It would hum for a few seconds, then nothing? I saw the sticker for Aand W Pool and Spa Svc on the control panel, and went right to Angie's List to check it our. Take my advice... just because those other companies have a big name or a lot of employees, doesn't mean they're the best. Al is as professional as it gets! When he arrived I showed him the problem. He immediately told me it was 1 of 3 issues. He told me how we would know which of the 3 it was, and gave me the price for all 3. My motor had simply burned out (It was eight years old) and no, that wasn't the most expensive of the 3 possible issues. Al was timely, thorough, double-checked everything before he left, and gave me some great pool pump education while he worked. Furthermore, he's one heck of a nice guy. Al and Aand W Pool and Spa offer something that's very hard to find in today's economy... Honesty! Class "A" all the way. Trust me, if you use him once... you'll use him again. Top Notch!

Recent Review: Larsen's Pool & Spa did a great job on our new pool, hot tub & deck. From our initial meeting with Adam, through the construction phase with Dave, Carlos and the various subs, to the finalization, we could not be more satisfied. We met with 3 other contractors prior to choosing Larsen, and some of them gave us bids that were less expensive, but based on written reviews and recommendations from friends, we paid a little more to go with Larsen, and we have not regretted it. We would recommend Larsen's Pool & Spa to any of friends or family who were interested in installing a new pool.

Recent Review: Steve at Sweetwater arrived on time for the estimate, and did that correctly. They began the work on schedule, and also completed it within the estimated time. They stopped the leak.

Recent Review: Overall the service was good. Gave a D on price because there was a $50 discount that was never mentioned by Luis and he knew full well that I was on Angie's List and would give him a review. At the time we talked about it he was getting all A's. Gave a C for responsiveness because Luis said if the hot tub people didn't/wouldn't hook up the spa he would swing by on his way home and do it. His text message to me said he couldn't come until 5 days later!! Would of been lower if it hadn't been a Friday late afternoon.

Recent Review: We went to Spa Manufactuers and was assisted by Wendy who was great in walking us through the process of what we needed in order to get the hottub installed and walked us through the maintenance. Highly recommend!
