Recent Review: Great! He came and was able to fix our dishwasher.. and troubleshoot and fixed a clogged line which was a secondary problem. He worked well and did not get frustrated when first thing he tried didn't completely fix it. Obviously VERY knowledgeable about dishwasher repairs.

Recent Review: Javier arrived on time with his partner. He is pleasant and friendly. He immediately went to work to evaluate the problem with the washing machine. After a short period of time, he was able to determine that there was a broken washer lid switch. Javier showed me the switch and replaced the broken switch with a new one. He did this job in a short period of time. The washer now works fine. I then asked him if her could take a look at my dishwasher. It had been making a strange noise, which I described as a chirping sound. Javier took apart the dishwasher, cleaned out the pump, and found that a plastic fan attached to the motor was broken. After checking the internet, he found that the motor and fan parts are not sold separately. Javier went to our local Lowe's, purchased some specific high temperature glue and fixed the fan. This saved me a lot of money, rather than buying a whole new motor and fan unit, as the motor is working fine. Javier is an excellent technician, very nice person and good business professional. Recent Review: He told me the reason that it wasn't working was because there were too many suds in the dishwasher. He told me that Bosch had a different sensing system than other dishwashers, and all that we needed to do was eliminate the suds. He said that the cleaning agent that he uses was not in his truck and he would have to come back and finish the job. He came back with an envelope containing the cleaning agent and said that he was 99% sure that it was going to fix the problem; it didn't. He collected $138.03 before leaving, but on their website it says that the first service call is free. I never got a look at the envelope to know what kind of cleaning agent he used, but the most expensive kind we found online was about $12.00. My husband and I tried to eliminate the suds by running the dishwasher over and over without anything in it, and we even used vinegar which he suggested we do once per year. He said that he guarantees his work and checked the dishwasher out some more. He found that the heater was broken and needed to be replaced. He said that he would order the heater and he gave us a discount on it because we paid him up front the first time. We have not heard back from him since. You can never talk to a person, you always have to leave a message. We called him several times and were not able to speak with him. We went on a cruise and were gone for a week and when we got back there were no messages from him. My husband called again yesterday and he has not gotten back with us yet.

Recent Review: I had purchased the dishwasher just over a year ago and the service warranty had expired. The company that Whirlpool recommended I call to service the dishwasher had received a poor rating on Angie's List, so I decided to call Belspeed Appliance since it had such good reviews. I called Mr. Belfon during early afternoon and he came to my house the same day later in the evening. After about forty five minutes of examining the dishwasher, he could not any reason why it was stuck in one cycle, but he reset the computer in the dishwasher in case that was the problem. Mr. Belfon advised us to let the dishwasher run and see if it completed all the cycles. Amazingly, Mr. Belfon did not charge us for the service call or the repair.

Recent Review: I called them and they came the next day, examined the dishwasher and did the repairs. They were very professional and cleaned up any mess from their work. The dishwasher runs great.

Fast service, very through service on my dishwasher. My dishwasher wasn't worth fixing and rather than charge me for repairs that wouldn't last the tech was honest and said I needed a new one. Very good experience with this company.
