Overall, mixed. Project began well and on time in mid-October 2009. All was completed within a week except for one T-molding at one door. Jamison said he'd get the molding and finish the job the following week when scheduled to be in the building for another owner's project. When that project was delayed for 2 months, so was mine. I called to complain in early Jan 2010. We met, but in the passing months he had forgotten what needed to be done, brought the wrong piece, then complained about what it would cost to buy the right piece. Just to get the project finished, I agreed to split the cost with him. Part was ordered and installed within a few days. I was happy with the final result. This incident was my biggest complaint but there was another incident that caused some concern. During the inital installation, Jamison told me that the AC handler seemed to be leaking, that he may have brushed against it while working. When I said something like: "That's what your insurance coverage is for," he laughed and said "No, that's what your homeowner's is for." I wasn't joking but luckily there was no leak so this issue didn't go any further. I suspect there'd have been a major battle over who would pay. Before using this company again, I would not pay the final bill until the job was complete and would clarify in advance who pays what in case of damages.
