Initial repair we made within 24 hours of my contacting them. About a month later, after a heavy rain, we noticed leak still present. They came back out, again within 24 hours of my call, and did an even more in depth repair of roof at no charge. Personnel were always very pleasant and understanding. Always expained what they were going to do and what was finally done. Even got a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied.

Chris came on time, went to the attic and on the roof. I like the fact that he did not pressure me to fix it ASAP!!!:-) He gave me a written estimate and suggested to wait for the next rain. If it still leaks....I definitely will call him to do the work!

It had been raining very hard and I had discovered a leak in my front room the night before I called. More rain was on the way. I explained to Mr. Lemke that I really needed the leak fixed but I had a medical procedure scheduled for that day. He told me to call him when I was back home. He and his crew came out late that same afternoon and the repair was completed in a short amount of time. I haven't had any further problems.

Called Gulf coast roofing after an emergency leak in the roof. A gentleman promptly cam out and was able to get the leak stopped and then returned the following day to tarp the roof off until it was replaced. Very prompt service and friendly, professional staff.

Karl, the general contractor was amazing to work with. He's very polite and as honest and straightforward as they come. I was referred to Crawfor Construction by a friend because my mother in laws ceiling had fallen in due to a leak in the roof. Karl had his guys out to her house and working within 24 hours. My mother in law is so relieved and so am I.

Discovered a roof leak on the Friday before Labor Day, called Mike Spangler after a neighbor shared his cell phone number. Four hours later, the leak was patched. The next day….Saturday….a house guest mistakingly thought there was another leak. Mike came back within the hour, fairly quickly determined there was no leak, and said “No charge, we didn’t do anything.”. Not even a trip charge for busting into a holiday weekend! Two of my neighbors recommended this company and now I will too.

Everything was done on schedule and in a professional manner. I would have preferred if the same engineer did all the inspections. A concise report including photographs were completed and submitted to me within 24 hours after each visit.

We developed a minor leak in our 4-yr-old roof over our garage. The only negative experience was that we called on a Saturday, and our call was not returned until Monday. I know their office hours are Mon-Fri, but the website did say that they offer emergency service. I don't know how they could, since they do not check messages during non-office hours. While the leak wasn't doing a lot of damage, we would have paid extra to have someone come out on the weekend. Once we were in contact with them, we were impressed with the friendliness and expertise of both the office staff and the roofer who came out to our house. Mike was able to pinpoint the small source of the leak (a nail that had backed out of the shingle) and had it repaired quickly. He took time to go over the roof and check the condition of the shingles, roof vent, flashing, etc. Fortunately he found it all to be in good condition and said that we shouldn't have any problems with our roof for many years. We couldn't be happier with the service, and will call them for any future roofing needs.

I was impressed by the thoroughness. He replaced rotted wood and redid a long segment of the roof. Was not able to finish on the day and came back on the weekend to finish the job. After the work was completed we had that one week of heavy rainfalls and to my delight everything stayed dry on my patio.

Jim was very professional and stands behind his work. We called him for any emergency leak in our roof and even though it was raining he still came the same day and patched the leak. We had to call him back a second time but he stood by his word and came back to make additional repairs at no cost. We are very appreciative of his service.

Christopher was the only roof provider that followed up with a call after the internet request. We noticed a minor leak on a weekend, he responded, he called, he fit us in on his busy schedule and fixed the leak the same day, followed through and followed up. Thank God, Sean stayed till dark to ensure everything was completed before we got the torrential rain, the repair passed the test. Chris and Sean were very patient, very professional, helpful and honest. Next time I'll pay attention to the discounts and coupons on Angie's list to save some money.

They did the work exactly as I discussed with the estimator. The flat part of the roof required a special coating to seal it. The coating was to require 24 hours to dry but it rained 2 hours after the workers left. Dynamic roofing came out as soon as the roof was dry and reapplied the coatings at no charge to me. The final bill was exactly what the estimator said it would be, no surprises or extra fees . They did not ask for payment untilI was satisfied with the work.

Everyone was excellent. It's a nightmare when something like a roof leak happens on a weekend, and Brent and Keith were very understanding and responded immediately. Repair was scheduled for 4 days later, and John did the work. I haven't been up on the roof, but I totally trust these guys and will definitely call them again! What they said made sense, they were very professional and said my roof didn't look too bad, which was a bit of good news. They could have said it was a wreck and pushed a new roof and I wouldn't have known any difference. I am very pleased !
