The inspection by Durham was more thorough than I could have dreamed of (he says he inspects as though it were his own home...and his actions demonstrate it. I wouldn't have even inspected my own home's crawl space that thoroughly!), and I was impressed at every turn, whether scheduling the treatment, to follow up, to documentation following treatment. Chet's Termite & Pest Management Inc
I was given a quote. However, when they went out to do the work there were only a couple traps left in the house and there supposed to be multiple traps. The salesman said that the house would be protected while the house was empty, which was about 6 months. My handyman said they traps were all gone 2 weeks later. They said they only check the traps three times and then they take them. There was some miscommunication about how that would be handled. I ended up having to buy squirrel traps myself and set them up. However, the people were very nice and the price was right. They did the job they were supposed to do in regards to the termite treatment. They also got the job done pretty promptly

They went over the house with a fine-toothed comb looking for live termite activity (found two locations) and installed a Sentricon bait system. They were very good communicators and explained everything they were doing and looking for. (I ask a lot of questions.) There are off-the-shelf termite control products out there, but it was important to me to put it in professional hands

Nate was great until he had to make good on the termite warranty we had bought for years. Each year termites came back and he had his tech come and spot treat. After the fifth time the tech said the infestation wasn’t bad, we should just vacuum up the tubes when we have them ( they were coming up through the carpet). I immediately called Nate looking for a better solution. Nate said he would get back to me with a plan. I never heard from him again, and calls went unanswered

Terminix bought the smaller company that originally provided us with termite baiting service. They did not raise the price at the time of conversion, which we appreciated. We live on a heavily wooded property and there has been previous termite activity in the house. Since we have a well, the cheaper chemical treatment is not an option. (People who consider purchasing homes on wooded lots should be aware of the need for this costly protection against termites.) Terminix has provided adequate service, although their workers have trampled some of our plants. They also never responded to a request for an in-home re-check

He said it was probably carpenter ants. For $150 they came out and sprayed my house, garage and trees for ants. They answered all my questions, were very polite and let me know to call them if the problem still exists in a week. Very satisfied with their professionalism and their knowledge of pests

Our next-door neighbor recently had termites and hired 2 Nice Guys to treat their house. Guess what - we got them too. So after checking with the neighbor and getting a good recommendation from them (and checking Angie's List), I called James; he was able to pull up our house view and give us an estimate over the phone. He told us how they would work around our landscaping, including the small decorative pond in front of the house. Told us the date and time their technician would be at my house, and he arrived on time. The work was completed quickly and he cleaned up after finishing the treatment. The tech took the time to answer all my questions about the termite life cycle, how the treatment works, and how long it would take the little buggers to die off. Very happy with their work

Great! They called me back quickly after my initial phone call. They scheduled the date of service. On the date of service, an employee texted me to tell him me he was on the way. He arrived on time. I was afraid he would have to go in the attic even though it was a hot day. Luckily, he didn’t have to go in the attic. He could tell we had mice in the attic and he found the hole they were coming in. He patched it up and was on his way. We paid the bill online and that went smoothly. We would hire them again

Since my home is very old, there was too much that he could not repair for me and guarantee the work as the voucher would have done. Instead, we worked out the appropriate services and price for me. Jonathan was great to work with and I'd call again, if needed. He was professional, honest, and helpful. I'm confident that I received the services I was seeking. Now I'm working with Angie's List for the refund on my voucher. I anticipate no issues after talking with Jonathan, however

I purchased Breda Pest Management's "Big Deal" for termite treatment plus 10-year warranty. First, a gentleman came by the house to do a termite inspection and to draw a basic graph of the house for the people who would be coming back to do the actual treatment. As the inspection took place, he explained how the infrared camera worked and even showed me examples of what it would look like if we did have termites in the house (which we didn't). He sat down with me and explained exactly what the treatment consists of, and why this treatment is better than the usual bait traps that other big-name companies use. Two other men came about a week later to complete the treatment. This consisted of drilling holes & digging a trench around the house, then treating with Termidor and closing everything back up. They were extremely polite and appear to have done good work. I also use this company for my quarterly pest control, and am always impressed by their knowledge and willingness to help

Nate and his crew did a complete termite treatment on my rental house. This house had been treated for termites a number of times previously, but the problem was never resolved and in fact when Nate came out to inspect, there was an active infestation. Nate found the source of the problem, which no other company had done, and completely eradicated the termites. He was professional and very knowledgeable. His prices were very competitive compared to the previous charges from other companies who didn't even solve the underlying problem. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him to anyone for pest control

Matt was very responsive in accommodating my schedule using the angie list inbox message we were able to quickly schedule a date for treatment. While at my home Matt was very professional, i called my fiancé during the treatment to remind him inform the technician of the wasp nest around the house. During this time Matt talked to me on the phone about the termites he found and informed me treatments and told me he would remove all the wasp nest around the house. Which he did!! Very happy with services and will use him for the termite treatment
