Patrick Miller Construction did an amazing job managing our home projects. We had part of our roof repaired, updated our siding and replaced our garage floor and backyard patio. Our Sales Rep Brad and Project Manager Wade were great to work with! We saw one or both of them each day during our project. They quickly responded to our questions and updated us nightly as to what would happen the following day. Initially I was apprehensive about having all 3 projects happen at the same time. Patrick Miller Construction was efficient and kept things moving along at a nice pace. There was minimal disruption to our day to day activities. We got siding/wall damaged by critters on our chimney, about 35 ft above the ground, and we asked Nick if he can repair it. Nick made excellent job. He responded promptly to the request, and provided us with two repair options. In just a couple of days he was at our yard exactly at the time we agreed on, and did everything in no time. The location was more difficult to reach, than he originally assumed, but he stuck with original price. He also fixed another small damaged area he noticed, and did it at no cost. The price was very reasonable, especially considering quality of the job, and excellent communications. He also did an urgent garage-fix up for us with a very quick turn-around time. A third job included a dryer vent repair. All jobs were done professionally. Great service, and a really nice guy. Had three windows in need of repair. Brick molding rotting. Otherwise windows in acceptable condition. Was given estimate on replacement versus repair. Opted to go with repair. Brick molding removed and new brick molding replaced (painted at no additional charge). Also, sills (rotting) removed and replaced. Windows look and operate great. While repairing windows found siding section on roof that was rotting due to moisture and replaced at nominal charge. Bathroom work looks and works great. Also thought price was "spot on"

Krech Exteriors
We had a siding repair job due to soft fiber board siding on the bottom row of siding. Krech sent out one of their repair techs to look at the job and estimate. The price was very reasonable and they weren't concerned that it was a pretty small job. Some companies didn't want to bother with a small job like that. They tracked down replacement siding even though the original company no longer makes it. The installer showed up, made the repair in very short time and was on his way. He left the excess siding in case of any future repairs. I'm very satisfied with the price, responsiveness and quality of work

A woodpecker had done damage to the siding on the front of my house. I called Cady and left a message describing my problem. I was called back right away and they had someone out to the house the next day. It was awesome response! The guy repaired the damaged siding and came back two weeks later and painted over the repair. It looks really good. I don't think anyone would be able to tell there had been damge. Working with Painting by Jerry Wind was a great experience and we are very happy with the results. They quickly responded to our request for an estimate, and Ron Wolfe spent more time with us reviewing the estimate and answering our questions than the 3 other companies I contacted combined. It was clear from the beginning that they take pride in providing extremely high quality work while making things as easy as possible for the homeowner. We purchased our house last year knowing extensive work was needed with regard to painting and repair of some rotten wood. The estimate was a bit of a shock as it was significantly above that of other estimates we received. But based on the work outlined and our interaction with Ron, we felt confident the work would be done correctly and that their higher price was reflective of a higher quality of work that will hopefully last longer. The process they described from dealing with lead paint and hand scraping the house to replacing rotten wood all were a step above and did not include any shortcuts other companies were trying to utilize. The painting crew was fantastic. I cannot say enough great things about Marlon and Jose and the other guys who worked on our house over a 3-4 week period. They were meticulous with cleaning up every day, and really treated our home as if it was their own. Marlon and Jose were great at answering any questions or addressing any concerns we had, and they regularly checked in with us to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing. The carpenter did a great job with repairing our screened porch and replacing other random pieces of rotten wood. After everything was finished, there was a final "walk through" of the work with the crew and Ron to make sure everything was done not only to our satisfaction, but to theirs. We were impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was done properly. The painting and repairs definitely transformed the house and we've had numerous compliments from neighbors about how great the house looks

Scott was the only one who addressed every concern I had before I even brought it up. Without having made any commitments to hire him, within an hour of him leaving our house he called to tell me he tracked down our exact siding and found a distributor. That solidified my decision to hire him and exemplifies our experience with him. He made everything easy, had all the details worked out and communicated frequently. What I especially appreciated was his experience working with insurance companies. He knew exactly what they would need to process our claim quickly and without hassle. To date, the deck has been demo'd off the house, new posts put in, the siding is being taken off and Tyvek wrapped. The site is always neat and clean, Jeff's crews are as great as the time he did our roof and information and responsiveness and openness about what needs to be done and how to fix a problem remain Jeff's strength. We can't wait for it to be done, because we think it will be great. We will update when finished

In the summer of 2007, after getting feedback from several house painters who told me that before they could do any work, I would need a carpenter to repair many window and door frames and replace curled wood shakes on my house, I contacted Kurt and he was able to coordinate the whole job. He works with Dave Monson, an artist and musician by night, and a carpenter by day. Dave started taking siding off my house whenever there were warm days in January and February of 2008. As soon as he was able, he started working on the wood frames, consulting me about things like replacing the garage windows, putting up a gutter on the garage, filling holes in a particular way, etc. Once he was done, Kurt's painting crew came out and completed the paint job in about a week
