St Paul Washer Repair

The gentleman who came to fix the washer called and updated the time frame in which he would be at my house. It took less then 30 minutes to identify and fix the problem.

I sent Bill to repair the washing machine of a friend of mine. He was courteous, prompt, very reasonably priced, and most importantly, he came back with the needed part the next day and it worked. I have already recommended him to other friends. I would call him again for appliance repair in a minute.

Washer broke down Wednesday, he was out the next day and made the repair. Great customer service and the turn around time was awesome. Highly recommend!!!

Able to talk to someone right away (unlike the 3 other companies I called who were 2-3 weeks out with scheduling any service). Diagnosed the problem over the phone, and told me he would research necessary parts and get back to me. Called back within an hour and was very honest about lack of parts for the washer I have and suggested that I just buy a new machine instead of paying his company $80 to come look at it just to be told parts were not available. Gave great recommendations for machines to buy. Very helpful! I will definitely give them a call the next time I need a repair!

Repairman arrived on time with needed part. Replaced part and found reason for needed repair - a broken spring. Offered to get spring after next job and return later the same day to finish repairing the washing machine. Arrived back at 7:00 p.m. and finished the repair. Machine works well. Service outstanding.

It's disconcerting to notice water gushing from the underside of a washing machine. I contacted Pat on Friday afternoon and he was able to stop on Saturday morning. He quickly removed the top of the washer and immediately identified the problem - a hose had come loose from the detergent dispenser. He promptly installed a new clamp and was finished in 15 minutes. Nice work!
