Ben did a great job. He installed the outdoor light and cleaned up after. He repaired the walls after moving the shelf and cleaned up the area. The repair of the wall required removing nails and patching the holes. The front door is requiring scraping off of old paint. Ben did a good job and cleanup. I have scheduled another point to finish up the project

The two electricians who showed were top notch in every way. Very professional but the reason that I rated them fair was the extreme cost. I over paid for work completed. Additionally, the service charge is not applied as a credit to the bill once they arrive to fix an item. Would I hire them again? Probably not due to the super high cost of having them come out. Lesson learned

Two guys showed up exactly when they said they would. Our original project was small; replacing a light fixture in our lower level with a recessed light. That took about 15 minutes. I asked them if they could replace an outdoor flood bulb for us too, about 30 feet off the ground. They said, "No problem," and checked the fixture to discover it was broken. They did not have a replacement in their truck, so my husband ran up to the hardware store for a new fixture. They installed it without a problem

It took two tries as the replacement switch proved faulty but he was able to come back, same day, and got it in

The electrician and this apprentice were on time and pleasant. Unfortunately, the electric box they installed was not flush with the outside wall and protruded from the house about two inches, causing the light fixture to hang askew. We called and complained about this installation. To their credit, they sent out another electrician immediately and he was able to complete the installation correctly

They show up on time, they were totally flexible when our we changed our landscaping design even though they had to change their plan to accommodate these changes. They are very reasonably priced. They perform winterization for us and start up. We couldn't be more pleased with the service from this company. On this occasion our concrete company accidentally damaged a portion of our system. Green Acres came and fixed it. While they were here I asked the technician about moving a sprinkler head, no problem, he did that too

I reached out to Black Bull Landscape on July 3rd, received a proposal from Jose Ortiz on July 5th, approved his proposal on July 6th, and he and his crew showed up at 9:00 am on July 9th and completed my project by 1:00 pm. Although the proposal was fully detailed, Jose and I walked the project before they started to confirm we both had the same expectations. He and his crew worked quickly and neatly, resulting in a job that was exactly what I wanted. They had extra mulch in their trailer and, with my permission, spread it over half of my legacy landscaping beds. Jose and his crew were a joy to work with from start to finish

Jim personally answered the telephone when I called initially. I explained what I needed and he very generously explained how I might troubleshoot one of my problems. (This ultimately saved me from wasting time and money having him try to fix something that was not broken.) We arranged for a time for him to come and do the other jobs. On the day of the job, Jim called to let me know he would be over in about an hour. He arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely fashion. He was very careful and did all necessary clean-up

Tony Schmidt was very pleasant to work with and designed and executed a lighting plan that works well for our front and back yard/patio areas surrounding our south Mpls. home. He presented several nice choices for our lighting and did not try to "oversell" us on too much lighting. Tony is a good communicator and responsive. The lighting work was done in conjunction with new landscape and hardscape work and Tony coordinated well with our landscaping service. It was a pleasure to work with Tony and we appreciate the lighting in our yard and patios in all seasons

At no charge, worked with me over the phone to try to reprogram the Controller, since Roger said that was most often the cause. Very impressed. When the Controller still went rogue, he came out within two days, and replaced controller. Set up all programming and made sure everything ran as advertised

I called the week before to schedule wiring for/installation of a new ceiling fan in my master bedroom. Scott gave me a quote of $300.00. On the day of the appointment, Tim was running a bit late, but called to let me know which I appreciated. He showed up with an apprentice and they got right to work - had it installed and the area cleaned up within probably 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I had another problem which I asked him about, an outdoor light that wouldn't go on, so he took a look at that as well and got it up and running. Ultimately charged me $350 to include the extra work. Overall I am very satisfied and will definitely be calling them again!
