I emailed Lucas in response to a craigslist ad regarding lawn aeration. His price listed was only slightly higher than renting the machine myself from the local hardware store. He responded promptly and set up a time over the weekend to come and do the work. I was not at home when he came by, so I did not get a chance to meet him, but the lawn was aerated and an invoice was in my mailbox when I returned. Very prompt service and a great value, recommended.

WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR THE AERATION, I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME NOTICE PRIOR TO THEM PERFORMING THE WORK. I TOLD THEM THIS WAS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE I NEEDED TO MARK MY UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEM SO THE MACHINE WOULD NOT CAUSE ANY DAMAGE. THEY DID NOT DO THIS! LUCKILY, THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. I ALSO WANTED TIME TO CUT THE GRASS PRIOR TO THEIR WORK. SINCE THEY DID NOT CALL, THE GRASS WAS SO MATTED DOWN I HAD TO RAKE IT BACK UP BEFORE CUTTING IT. AFTER I CALLED AND COMPLAINED, AND TOLD THEM I WOULD NEVER LET THEM DO ANY WORK FOR ME (NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL), I STILL RECEIVED CALLS FROM THEM ASKING FOR MORE WORK.
