Went great! The only thing I wish they could've handled is some waste removal from the project work they did, but that's such a minor irritation. The last time Dakota fenced in our back yard with a cedar alternating board fence it lasted 21 years. So we didn't hesitate to call them back to replace it. This time we had a natural gas pipeline issue on one side of our property but with Dakota's help we negotiated an easement solution that satisfied everyone. One team of workers arrived to tear down the old fence and put in new posts. After allowing the posts to settle for a few days another team game in to install the new fence. Both crews were punctual, professional, friendly and thorough. We love our new fence. And because of some adjustments we ended up getting an unexpected partial refund from our original agreed upon price! We are sold on Tom and his entire crew!

Dakota installed our backyard fence. I had a very positive experience with all my communication with the sales rep. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. Work was scheduled and completed quickly and in a timely fashion. Our back yard fence seems to be holding up well after 2 years. My only complaint would be that after making plans for fence design / post location with the foreman, the crew who actually came to install either didn't follow the design as planned, or it was not communicated with them. I came home to find they had dug the post holes (which involved chipping out some of our driveway's concrete) and were pouring new concrete in the wrong locations. To the crew's credit, they were very apologetic and corrected the situation. However, especially given that Dakota's price is far above much of the competition, I expected better.

They were Awesome. Do to other work being done they could have delayed it but they guys made an extra effort to get it done. The doors were done the last day and were nice enough to close of gate area so my dogs could go out and play. They were always working and in was hot. They answered all questions and my yard was not the easiest. I would recommend them to everyone i know or asked. Top notch work and people. Had peace of mind and loved the work. My yard is a happy place thanks to them.

Recent Review: The service was great! I hired the installation of the fence because with a new family I didn't have time to completed the fence myself. When I interviewed companies for this job, I was sold on the "we give customer service and when you call, I will be the one to answer the phone." The customer service was excellent and I was glad that I was working with someone who treated their customer so well. Since I have installed fences before, I had high standards for any company I was going to hire. Upon prepping my yard for the installation of the fence, concerns arose with the neighbors, and I had to move the start date. Top Line Fence was very understanding and worked with me to move the date further out until everything was resolved. After completion of the fence and upon inspection, I was happy with the work. There are a couple of runs of fence that are 100+ feet long and one can look down the line and it is nice and straight - which is what you want when you want to ensure the fence is on your property.
