He inspected the door and kept at it; it turned out that some previous workperson had used too long a nail to attach the base moulding and ended up nailing right thru the door. They removed the moulding and the nail & cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied with their work

Jim's Small Stuff Handyman Service
Responded promptly to my request for service. Arrived on time. Jim had to remove the door molding to access the track and remount one the trollies. He strengthened the connection with the door so it wouldn't come loose again. When he was done, there wasn't a mark or scratch on the woodwork or wall and the door works flawlessly. Dennis Silvers Carpentry
Removed old broken window crank mechanism; then replaced it with a new crank and added a new cover over the mechanism. FIXED POCKET DOOR - At first Mr. Dennis Silvers (of Dennis Silvers Carpentry) was hoping that all that was necessary to fix the pocket door was to realign it on its track - which he attempted to do. However, he quickly discovered that in order to fix it correctly the whole door would have to come completely out. We were concerned that if he took the door out, the wall would get damaged. Mr. Silvers understood our concern and instead of yanking the trim out he very carefully removed each layer of the trim piece by piece taking care not to damage the wall and removed the door; he took the same care in installing it back properly on to the rail. The door works great and there was absolutely no damage to the wall. Our thanks to Mr. Silvers for such a good job - WELL DONE

Had some troubles with scheduling a time for the actual sub contractor to come and do the work. Subcontractor mentioned owner would only let them stay one day and so had to mud and sand in one day. Work was good for time allowed but not the greatest mud job.

Guy was super nice and did a really good job. Family owned and owner takes pride in quality of service they provide. Am real estate agent and actually posted on Facebook a referral (with disclaimer to do your own due diligence) but will definitely be on top of my list of referrals for my clients looking for a handy man. Only recommend people I have used that have a history of above average service to customers. In all fairness the worker did overcharge a bit on labor and I do manage the time clock. Owners worked with me to resolve

Brent was very courteous/responsive and listened to what I wanted. His finishing work was impeccable. My wife and I are very picky on things we pay a lot of money for and were very happy with the finished product. I would hire Brent again without hesitation. As I hired sub-contractors myself on this project, I ran into some that were not very interested in my business. This was not the case with Brent. I got Brent's information through a referral from my drywall contractor In hindsight, if I knew then what I know now, I would've just hired Brent to take care of the entire project

We had an excellent experience with Andrew at Discount Windows. He was very professional and straight forward. He helped us thru diagnosing a leaky patio door and gave multiplied options, but also let us know his opinion. He kept his appointments and was excellent in communication. Then, 1 year after installation, we had concerns about the door not sealing correctly. Not only did Andrew respond immediately, he came to our house the next day, agreed the door had a defect, placed a rush order on a full replacement and replaced it as soon as it arrived (no extra charges and no pushback to keep door). I was very impressed on the follow up and our new door is perfect. I have high trust in Andrew’s work and would recommend him to anyone

First, you don't meet many people with the ability to listen to the customer anymore. Lonn took the time to listen to us, offer suggestions as well as guide us on what could be done for pullouts, hinges and hardware options. He arrived when scheduled, cleaned up at the conclusion of each day and gave us a progress report on when he would be done. It took just under 4 days and the results were fantastic. He took a dated 1989 kitchen and really made it look wonderful. We really enjoyed working with Lonn and would highly recommend him to others
