Product was described as Premier Gutter Cover System. The system installed was little more than a DIY system requiring scissors and a ladder to install. The owner of the company and assistant installed the product in less than 1.5 hours by walking over my asphalt roof (as reported by neighbor) rather than using appropriate ladders/scaffolding to access gutters. The product installed should have cost the installer less than $350 and I paid in excess of $1200 for a product installation requiring unskilled labor and done in an unprofessional manner. He had no interest in my concerns on site and rather tried to sell additional services. The warranty provided is essentially worthless. I did agree to pay for the service and have. I question using Angie's List again

This was done just before we went on vacation. We were supposed to get a report on the condition of the gutter and I thought an estimate on installing gutter guards. This is part my fault because I got busy with other stuff. I still think they should have gotten back to me with something. An invoice that the cleaning was done ... a report on how the gutter looked ... an estimate on installing gutter guards. The gutters are very high off the ground so I wonder if they just didn't want to do the job. They could have told me that at least

We got quotes from a few places and they were by far the cheapest, but also were very detailed with their process that I knew we were still receiving the highest quality of services. I was going to have new gutters installed and he called to say that they did not need to be replaced and just installed the gutter guards. I thought that was very honest. The work went great. The crew was professional, they arrived on time, and they were very neat. The gutters and gutter guards look fantastic and believe it or not, actually make the front of the house look better than it did before. The job I had was a bit unique in that I have several cut-outs in the overhang. I had several other estimates where they wanted to ignore the cutouts and just put a straight gutter on the fascia board. Bruce Andrews seamless gutters actually took the time to design a plan that addressed the cutouts and included them as part of the project. The result was a much more professional job

The week they were supose to come out we had some bad storms and Caleb was great about calling me and keeping me up to date about when they would be out to install the gutters.
