Showed up late and turned out my thermostat needed to be replaced. Cost them under $50 for the part (retail online so likely much less for Pronto) and under 30 minute install...charged me $479.00!!! plus the service fee of $149. Never use again.

I went through the HSA Home Warranty Company to get my furnace fix as it kept turning off ever 15 minutes and then turning back on. They assigned my service request to Majestic. The company was very prompt in getting the appointment set up and came out on time. There rep Mike came out to fix the issue and said that my filter was dirty and this was causing the issue. He left and about an hour later I notice my furnace was having the same issue. I called back and they rescheduled Mike to come back out the next day. This time he said my A coil was dirty and I would have to call someone else to fix this. I asked him if they do not do this type of service and he said no. I call the main office and asked them if they do this service and they said they did. I told them what Mike had said that they did not do that service. At this point, the lady said she would talk to Mike and get back to me. As I was waiting I checked my furnace and realized that my furnace had no filter in it anymore and had been running for a full day. When the lady called back she said that Mike was new and didn't know they did that service. I told her that he had left the furnace without a filter in it and she said yes, he did that because the A coil was clogged. I told her that he didn't know it was clogged until he came out the second time and he removed the filter the day before that. They offered to come out to clean the A coil but it was going to be $200. I said at this point I am very unhappy with the service and the service guy not telling the whole story and didn't really want to give them any business. I told her that I would be leaving a review of my experience. She said she would tell the owner. The owner called me back and was very rude and said he had more money than me and would sue me if I left a bad review for him and hung up on me.

Another provider accidentally flipped a switch to turn off the heat. This provider turned it back on.

Awesome. I've used Scott and Bloomington Heating multiple times for my home. He is one of the first people I call for my HVAC needs. He's fixed a broken garage furnace, he cleans both my A/C and furnace on a preventative maintenance plan. Previously I had used some other companies who couldn't always complete the job. Now I just call Scott who gets the job done right the first time with fair and affordable pricing.

Good and Friendly service. Only real issue is the actual repair cost us about $225/hr... a little steep, but about what everyone else charges for the fix.

Service tech was very professional and very helpful with repair and with ideas on how to avoid future issues.

It's not often I get ripped off, but they got me with an Air Conditioner repair. With 90+ degrees outside after almost a week without air, I bought their pitch about all the things that are wrong with my AC and paid them almost $1,700! All I needed is a seal & recharge service, which usually runs around $400. They told me I needed a new "Voltage Absorption" system and some other stuff and it sounded important. IT DOES NOT EXIST. A capacitor needed to be replaced. It costs $35. They charged 292. I feel It is price gouging. On talking to a manager, he said that insurance, inventory cost etc more than justifies their “reasonable” charges.i will never go near them. Only reason I went with them was because they installed it. At that time I could talk to the owner and he was very reasonable.

Very fast, professional. I called at 8am, they were here and gone by 9:45am. Recommend. Only thing is he did not give an estimate before he did the work, but it wasn't too much and I had to have it done, so not a huge issue, but would have been nice to know.
