DAVID WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE DID AN AWESOME JOB OF INSTALLING ALL OF THE BLINDS AND GUARANTEES HIS WORK. HE IDENTIFIED A DEFECT IN ONE OF THE BLINDS AND CAME BACK TO REPLACE IT WHEN THE NEW BLIND CAME IN.

It went very well. I talked with Barb at Lowe's in the Window Covering Department. She worked with me to find what I needed for our home. I chose Bali Faux wood blinds for the windows and vertical fabric vertical blinds for the patio doors. Barb came out to measure for all the blinds. She was very prompt and courteous. Lowe's offered a special price for installing all the blinds and the person who installed all the blinds was prompt, efficient and very skilled in installing all of the blinds. When there was a little issue on the width of one of the patio vertical blinds(it was a challenging measurement to make the first time due to it being a bay style installation, Barb came out, remeasured and ordered a replacement rod and additional vanes. We were very pleased with Barb's and Lowe's service

BUDGET BLINDS OF HUGO
Tim assisted in helping me pick out the style and colors of the blinds. In the first consult meeting, he was on time, friendly and very professional. When the blinds were ready, he was out the next day for the install. He made sure he protected my flooring as he set he tool box and the blinds on the floor, which I thought was great. It took him no time at all to install the blinds and I am extremly happy with the result. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone

We built a house and checked a number (perhaps six or eight) options for window treatments. After looking at various options, we decided on cellular blinds and wood blinds. For what we were considering, the selection at Lowes matched what we found at other stores, including higher-priced stores. At the time, Lowes offered a "Whole House" measure and installation option ($120 or so - a great price to have a professional come to our house, measure for the order and come back to install). So we looked at their selection, took home some vendor sample books and made our decision (a mix of Bali and Levelor for the cellular blinds, all cordless, some with both top and bottom slides, some insulated). The measuring went well, we made our selections and most items were delivered to our home within ten days. One item - the vertical sliding blind for the walkout - was delayed by the factory. (it turned out that the last item would delayed by the factory multiple times). Theresa at Lowes had the installer (Brad - the same person who measured our windows) install everything else so that we would have most treatments in place while awaiting the last item. And when it arrived, we were able to schedule the installation of the last item quickly. In the measuring and installation, Brad was quick, accurate and professional. Ordering at the store was easy. While the last item was on back order, Theresa called me weekly to let me know the status from the factory - *SHE* called me, I did not have to call her to check up on this. And it was wonderful that she had Brad make two trips to our house, so that we would have most blinds in place and have some privacy while waiting for the blind for the walkout (which was at least a month after the rest of the items were installed)

We have used this vendor before in replacing some sliding glass doors. We had such a good experience then that they were our preferred vendor on this project. Keith worked with us over several days to pick out the door we needed and liked the best. He provided several choices in which he clearly explained the pros and cons of each choice as well as our options. The door arrived on the day they stated and the crew arrived on time and on the day agreed to. The crew did a fantastic job. They were friendly and very professional. The work was done quickly and with great care. The job site was cleaned up; you would not have known that there had been any construction done there. What we have always like about this contractor is the little extra value they provide. They took a pair of shutters off the house and painted them to match the color of the door. We had asked for the matching paint when we placed the order but had planed to do the work ourselves. This type of little extra service puts them in a special class. We were delighted with our new door and again with this company. We would use them again

I have used Snap twice now and I am sure I will use them again for other projects. Windows: We had 15 windows replaced and we had 6 different quotes. We went with Snap mostly for the price but we also really like the quality of the windows. On top of that the customer services was outstanding. Then the team that did he work was also outstanding. Overall it was a win win for su. Roofing: We did roofing maybe 6 months later and same story, Customer service was top notch, price was excellent, quality of material and quality of installers

The experience went well. The team of two arrived early and were ready to get started as soon as I was able to let them. The punctual arrival was appreciated. They offered to do an official count on the windows and blinds to verify the estimates I provided before getting started to ensure no surprises. I declined given I felt good about my count based on the website description of how they count windows. Since living in the house 8 years, we had only cleaned some of the windows and blinds randomly as needed or as could be reached. They were in desparate need of cleaning especially the blinds. One person began to clean the outside windows and the other began to clean the blinds. Shoes were taken off in the house and the crew was professional and polite during the entire process. We had a total of 74 blind sections cleaned - $185 plus tax which is around $2.5 per section. A section is considered the vertical portion of blind between the edge and string that holds the blinds together or string to string on the inner sections. Most of our blinds had 4 sections to them so ended up at around $10 per blind. See details on the website as it is clearly spelled out on how to calculate the cost. The blinds were cleaned well with each individual wood piece cleaned and wiped down separately. About the time the person inside the house had finished the top floor and main floor, the exterior cleaning person came inside and started the inside windows. The interior guy finished the blinds in the basement and proceeded to clean a chandelier in our entry way that was difficult to reach without a latter. He also changed out the light bulbs at our request. The cost to clean the chandelier was $40 and well worth it. About the time he finished up that task, the other worker finished the interior windows. They did an inspection and touched up a few spots on the outside. The also put all of the blinds back down, inserted all of the screens which had also been cleaned and re-installed the inner wood decorative frames along the way. We had 59 total windows cleaned which is the includes the inside and outside or approximately 30 total windows. The cost for the windows was $285. The overall experience went well. The crew was professional and polite during the process. I would use them again. The goal is not to wait so long next time and hopefully have them out 1X per year going forward

1) All telephone calls were returned in a timely manner. 2) Great advice given. In example: a) repair job in bedroom was going to be $50 and I decided since that room is rarely used, not to go ahead with that minor repair. b) Brent advised that due to the age of my blinds, it was risky to clean them because they might not make it through the cleaning process. Decided not to clean as redecorating is in the future. c) Brent spent over an hour on what I had booked as a and quot;restringing joband quot; of the bathroom blinds. HE WOULD NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR HIS PROFESSIONAL WORK because, although he ended up correcting the previous work on the blinds, he said because it was not a restring job that he had to do, he felt he couldn't charge me. 3) Wow. Greg came out with a top end duct cleaning rig (pretty impressive and powerful). He got all set up and systematically went through every room and duct certainly not the so called (bloe and go) which some do. It had been a long time since this had been done and he really got the stuff out (wow) glad to have someone who knew what he was doing with the right equipment for this type of work. Greg is a easy going type guy and funny and I would definatily use him again for serious cleaning like this

Everything about working with SP Windows was great. The initial estimate was spot on. In the fall I ordered windows for my entire house: around 45 windows! The installation was done the following summer after the house was painted. The windows are so great you can hardly tell we have storm windows. They fit into the architecture of this 1905 home so perfectly they seem to be part of the house. Amazing improvement to the exterior of the house and to the interior also because all our sashes line up now with the sashes on the custom windows. Fixed windows no longer have any pointless sashes blocking the views. We are really pleased

We just completed installing a motorized retractable awning from [*** Link removed ***] and are super pleased with the quality of the build, appearance and customer support.? This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? I spoke with Rocky, their installation expert, for advice on preparing the ledger board to attach the awning to our vinyl sided home, right below the soffit.? His advice was instrumental in making the install go so well.? Further, the awning arrived already programmed to the Soliris transmitter and the motor limit switches were also set.? It shipped in a fiberboard box (this one was about 17 ft long and 1 ft x 1 ft square, weighing over 200 lbs.), which was extremely tough.? The truck driver ignored the box orientation stickers and used a hand truck to move it from the center, rather than two hand trucks, one at each end, per the clear placarding on the box.? Despite this, it arrived in great shape, other than a couple minor paint scratches, which we will fix with touchup paint they are sending at no charge.? While the enclosed wall brackets were different from those described in the installation manual (an improved design), installing them was no problem. An extra bracket was included, which we also installed as this will be a large ?sail? on the side of the house and we want it to stay there. John is quite amazing. Although other reviewers have stated he is very busy, he contacted us right away and we discussed by phone what might be possible on our list and what might not. He then told us when he could come by for a walk through, sent us an email estimate to confirm the work we were planning (subject to change at our 'walk through meeting'). He arrived for that meeting on time, and revised his email estimate within minutes of departure. Work was scheduled 2 days later. He called in advance to find out if it was okay if he brought an assistant along at no extra charge. During his walk through, he was taking notes and checking w/ local places to order supplies on the spot. Shortly thereafter, he had several solutions planned and was arranging to get supplies. All work was completed in one day. He gave us several suggestions that were great--for darkening shades he had a better option than the product we had been given. Now it is much darker in the guest/master bedroom during summer months. He gave us a suggestion for the shower 'to try'. Although it worked for a while, we are leaking again, but it was worth it. We were willing to take the risk and know that Johnny will be back to install some lights for us in the near future, so we will address that at that time. As a bonus, although he gave us the name of someone to assist w/ our natural gas hookup, he also HAD THEM CALL US. Now that is customer service. He will be returning to install some lights that we needed to order--we were not quite sure what was necessary and agreed to place the order after he gave us some additional information. He and his co worker were polite, efficient and a pleasure to work with

I have used Blinds Galore several times over the past few years for blinds in my previous house and in my current house. The website is easy to use. There are instructions for measuring and installing that guide you through the process. It does require some due diligence on the part of the purchaser to know what kind of windows you have and look at the specifications to verify the blinds will work before ordering. Due to installing new windows that resulted in the old blinds no longer fitting, we resized one blind, relocated one blind and installed nine new blinds (one of which was a half circle). Sally consulted with me via phone prior to installing the new window and came out on short notice to measure and price the new/resized blinds. This is the second time we have used Sally for new blinds and she does not disappoint. She provides great customer service and listens well for the needs of the customer. For example, it mattered to me to have the blinds installed prior to Xmas. She indicated that this could be a problem, but kept an eye on the delivery date and managed to make it happen just in time. After the sale/install was complete, she followed up to ensure our happiness. We are likely to install yet more windows in the new couple of years and Sally will be my go-to person for blinds. Awesome service
