In the beginning, negotiations went well, communication was frequent and I was hearing all the right things. That all changed once there was the non-refundable deposit was agreed upon. Now, 6 months into living in my home I have already had to repair: A/C, leaking roof, broken garage door, wrong size garage door installed, repaint (walls weren't sanded properly prior to painting), sand & restain hardwood steps, caulk around trim that was cracking, regrout & seal all 4 bathroom's tile, reinstall new windows because of cracked frames, repair electrical outlets on outdoor patio that were non-functioning . Make sure everything is in written down to the littlest details. Do not cross it off the list until you see if was completed with you own eyes. Hire additional companies to inspect the work especially plumbing. Found a collapsed soil pipe under my basement floor that would have been missed if I didn't hire someone to run a camera through the pipes. Before closing on the contract, Ron agreed to return after the holidays to complete agreed upon addendum. I have tried numerous times since moving in to connect with Bozikis; no attempt to fix anything has been made. His is last response was in February wanting to spin the blame back on me. It was laughable reading how much he twisted the facts. My hope is that this review prevents someone else from experiencing the same headache & disappointment that I did.
