St Louis Hardwood Floor Installation

Installed hardwood floors, it is perfect, I could not be happier. The men working with Roberto were professional , courteous , and easy to work with. They did an amazing installation and cleaned everything when they were done. Roberto was calm and patient when we were talking about products, helped me to understand what I needed. A great experience.

Very professional and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the job and felt the price was good for the scope of work.

Sales rep was a little slow to respond and needed prodding. Material quality was as expected. Installers were excellent.

Sales person was Tom, installer was Ed. Entry foyer, kitchen and dining room already had hardwood that had been installed 10 years earlier. Never thought I'd be able to get the same exact flooring to complete the great room, but it was still available. I got bids from 3 places. Bayse and one other were about the same price and one (national chain) was lower. Since I prefer to deal with local businesses, I chose Bayse. Tom came to my home and took detailed measurements. They ordered the material with a 50% deposit from me. The wood was delivered to my home a week before the installation so that it could acclimate to the conditions in my house. Since the installation was to be right against the existing hardwood, Ed spent some time with me before the installation to be sure I knew what to expect and he worked to align the boards of the new section with the boards of the old section. The end result was very nice. No one could tell that part of the floor is 10 years old and part of it is brand new. There was as very small gap between the fireplace marble hearth and the new wood that was too small to cut a board to fit so Ed said he would have to come back to bring some trim to make it look good. That took about 2 weeks to accomplish, but meanwhile it could barely be noticed and I didn't pay the last 50% until it was done. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the product, the installation, and the customer service. Would recommend Bayse's to friends.

He's a great, great contractor. He's an awesome contractor. It was very affordable. It was a really great deal and really great service. Whatever the top rating is. He was spot on perfectly. I plan to use him again.

Hired Mottos to install hardwood floor in kitchen. The two installers were on time, polite, personable & professional. They cleaned up both days and hauled away all debris. The floor is beautiful and we plan to use them to install the floor in the rest of our house.

I have used American Flooring 2 times now to install hardwood flooring. I enjoy doing business with American Flooring, They do excellent work at a good price. I have more projects coming and they definately will be my flooring people.

I love love love these floors. It transformed the entire room. My son wants Motto to install floors in his room now too. After the installation my teenage son was so surprised at how the room looked. We decided to schedule installation for his room because we love the final product. My dog even loves to roll around on my floors. The owner and installers were super nice and approachable too.

They have done work for me in the past which was very pleasant. This time they did a wonderful job, again. I will definitely highly recommend and use them, again.

I am 70 years old and this was the most wonderful experience I have ever had. These are the nicest, sweetest human beings I have ever dealt with. An A does not give them justice; I want them to have an A+! They are very good with elderly people as well. I have hardwood in the front of my home and they matched it all perfectly. Everything they did was amazing.......

They do a very good job. Also they have a very competitive price. It wasn't the quickest job though. It took four weeks to complete. They also don't respond the quickest, but they are still good. I am very satisfied with them.

Jim was great. I live out of town, so called for an over-the-phone estimate. I later met Jim at the house for an in-person estimate. The actual quote was the same as his estimate. Jim went above and beyond on this job!! Since I live out of town, he helped me out with numerous items (w/out a charge)! He picked up the wood from the terminal, bought a piece of rubber baseboard, and even worked around the painters' schedule. I have renovated multiple homes and have worked w/ numerous contractors and service people. Jim was---by far--one of the best. I would absolutely hire him again....and will.
