Recent Review: If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I am so, so, so, so, so, so happy with the results on my home. I had water damage and as a result walls, windows and floors needed to be removed, dried out and then put back. Pure Restoration was recommended to me. The owner Tommy came over, assessed everything and explained what I would need to do. Tommy was able to handle all the insurance paperwork/submissions. I would have been utterly LOST without his help with the insurance process and company. Tommy's team (Luis, Roberto, Walter and Kelvin) that worked on my house were GREAT!! Their attention to detail is exceptional!!!!!!!! They are true craftsmen. They were so professional and genuinely nice people it was a pleasure having them in my home. They showed up on time everyday, left my house clean everyday before they left no matter what they were working on and answered any questions/concerns I had. Water damage was a very stressful thing to have happen and Tommy and team were there to help me. Tommy answered all my questions and emails and always got back to me in a timely manner and helped keep me calm under a stressful and long insurance process. They office team (Angelina and Catherine) were also very helpful and patient with me. I cannot recommended this company highly enough. You will not be disappointed if you use them!!!!!!!!

Recent Review: We came home from vacation last April and noticed some dark spots on the hardwood floor in our master bedroom…near the wall shared with the master shower…not good. After some initial exploration, we found that a malfunctioning shower valve had been leaking into the wall cavity for about 5 ½ years – lots of mold, rotted studs, subfloor issues, a shower that needed to be completely replaced, along with hardwood flooring in the bedroom. You would think that it would be relatively easy to find a contractor to do this work, but it’s not. Many of the people we contacted just said, “no, we don’t do water damage.” Others thought that the job was too small. Others would do it, but wouldn’t give a firm quote and wanted to charge an outrageous “exploration” fee. Enter Cools Custom Remodeling. From the start, they worked to get our business and treated it as a partnership. Yes, they admitted it was a smaller job for them, but they never made us feel that it was any less important. We had an open line of communication and we always knew where things stood. We had a lot of stops, starts, and delays on the job as we were trying to match specific tile (some of it custom-made) and flooring (and did I mention that we’re sort of super-picky?). They hung in there. If we weren’t 100% satisfied with something, they came back and worked on it until we were. We moved back into our master suite last weekend and the whole thing looks beautiful – just like the disaster never happened. Cools Custom gave us all you can ask for in a contractor: fair prices, good communication, quality workmanship, and willingness to meet expectations. I would recommend them for any job, large or small.

Recent Review: After a slow toilet leak caused water damage resulting in mold damage, we found ourselves in need of a contractor to oversee multiple projects. Ezzy was prompt in connecting with us, getting us on the schedule and pushing hard to complete projects on time. His team was careful to protect furniture and limit dust while doing highly skilled work. They were usually on time, and always courteous, and respectful. His team carefully juggled access with another company's mold remediation team. They even went beyond to uncover and rearrange furniture to carve out a space for my family to celebrate Christmas in the midst of construction. California Construction made having my house torn up through the holidays less painful. And the finished spaces are lovely! High quality construction. High-average pricing. Highest quality customer service.

Recent Review: Michael, Idor (sp?) and crew did a fantastic job of getting rid of water damage and mold that built up under our leaky crawl space beneath our front steps. They were incredibly professional. Michael came out and provided a free written estimate late in the day of his inspection. Also, his inspection was free of charge unlike other companies. Once we agreed upon a price Michael immediately scheduled his partner and crew out to our house. The crew sealed off the work area performed the demolition, mold cleaning and set up drying fans in the space. The process was painless and done in a very systematic way. I would highly recommend Swift Restoration.

Recent Review: They did a nice job. They were very good. They were really nice. They heard that some the neighbors got sick, so they sent a team for sanitation and went above and beyond to take care of that.

Recent Review: My roof leaked and caused water damage to my upstairs carpets. My HOA hired Lewis Carpeting to come out, pull back the carpet, remove the tack strip and mat, treatd the subfloor and carpet, clean the carpet, and leave behind a large fan to dry everything. The Lewis Carpeting technician was punctual, professional, polite, friendly, thorough, and very informative. I would highly recommend Lewis Carpeting and plan to use them in the future to clean my carpets.

Recent Review: Look, you're not calling a company like FWDR because something happy has happened... Our refrigerator flooded our kitchen - exposing a small, long-term leak that had slowly destroyed our cabinets, drywall, and floors without for years our knowledge. We now had ourselves a water damage AND a mold problem and had no idea where to start. We were lost and stressed and didn't know who to call. I did a quick search and found FWDR because of all of their amazing Yelp reviews. One call to FWDR turned a stressful situation into a manageable project with knowledgeable support all along the way. Javier was always able to quickly and patiently answer my questions (and I had a lot of questions), he referred us to several companies to deal with prerequisite issues (asbestos and lead testing and removal), and it felt like he was there to walk us through the whole process. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the patience and consideration Javier, Santos, and Margarita showed every step of the way. They worked with the other vendors and my insurance directly to make sure that no time was wasted between services from different companies, the work was quick and thorough (proof received through testing), and every consideration was given to my family with two toddlers and small home during a pandemic - they did their very best to work around us and our day to day needs. I can't thank them or recommend them enough. Attentive, detailed, courteous, patient, thorough, and going well above and beyond in customer service - you really can't ask for more from a company you never really want to have to call in the first place!

Recent Review: Luis from Dry Down was awesome! So professional, really nice guy, always showed up on time and very helpful in working with our insurance! We had a leak in our water heater that caused major damage and I cannot recommend a better person than Luis and his crew! Very thankful for them!

Recent Review: I couldn't be happier with the service that I got from RestoreX at every point in the process and highly recommend them! They were professional, honest, and cleaned up after themselves! We had a bad water leak under the kitchen floor, the connection on one of the pipes that had been replaced 5 years earlier had failed and the water from the kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine was all accumulating under the kitchen floor. I called RestoreX on a Wednesday at about 4:45pm, they asked for the approximate square footage of the area which I gave them and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They sent a service manager out first thing Thursday morning and he established the damage had gone all the way under the dining room floor. He said they'd be out first thing on Friday to do the work, which they did. On Thursday afternoon they sent me a quote that was within the range they had quoted me over the phone even though the area was larger. The work was completed in about two hours and there was no mess left even though they had to take out all the mud under the floor (the water had luckily dried up because we weren't using the appliances). They left a big fan on the outside of the house attached to the duct in the kitchen until the following Wednesday to dry it up and sealed all the vents around the house. The duct collapsed over the weekend, but when I called on Sunday, someone answered and said they'd be out in the morning to fix it, which they did. Fantastic service, thank you RestoreX!

Recent Review: When Daniel came to my house, he was kind, courteous and more importantly very professional for his job. I didn't hire Morgan Construction due to insurance crap but when I have any personal project in future, I'll definitely hire him.
