San Jose Kitchen Remodel

Roger and his crew (Tino and Oscar) remodeled a master bathroom and installed some kitchen upgrades. The crew was always punctual and courteous. Roger was very personable and responsive so we felt comfortable working with him. All work was completed in a timely fashion and on schedule. This included fixing a few odds and ends such as repairing some stone trim around the pool. Everything was hauled away and left in order. Currently everything is working smoothly, the bathroom looks great, and we are finally enjoying a functional shower in the master bedroom! There have been a couple of simple, minor issues to follow up on and Roger has continued to be very responsive, and we appreciate that.

We met with several contractors before deciding to go with Orhan and Richard from ABC Remodel Inc. Right off the bat we were at ease with Orhan and Richard - they have experience working on homes like ours and had many great suggestions about the work we could do. They were genuine and warm in nature. This was extremely important to us since we would effectively be turning over our home to them for several weeks. Our home is a McKay, also known as the poor man's Eichler, so there were several updates we wanted to do to make it feel more modern: Install overhead lighting Install exhaust fans in the baths Run heat to all the rooms (we only had heat in the kitchen, living room and hallway) and install a new high-efficiency furnace Install insulation on roof, and a new foam roof Upgrade the electrical panel to 200 amps Remodel our kitchen to maximize the available space and upgrade the look It took longer than originally quoted to do the work, but we expected that since you really never know what you're dealing with until you open up walls. The end result was well worth the wait and now we have a comfortable home year-round, and a beautiful kitchen. In fact, we were so pleased with the work ABC Remodel did we havejust hired them to remodel our baths!

Ariel and Everlast Construction are the best. I bought a condo in downtown Fremont and wanted to renovate everything. Ari and his team helped me to completely redo my kitchen (custom cabinets, backsplash, island, etc.) and two bathrooms (marble countertops, new tiles, glass shower/bathtub doors, etc.). They also took care of all the electrical and plumbing aspects (dimmers in bathrooms are a MUST!). The project coordinator Itay was very professional, honest, and responsive. We were in touch almost every day and he kept me up to date on the status of everything. The renovation process was very long and there were unexpected complications but Itay made sure everything worked out and I could tell he genuinely cared. Everyone that comes over to my place LOVES how everything turned out, especially the exquisite tile work in the bathrooms. I've recommended Everlast to so many of my friends and will continue to do so because they are amazing.

I am a first time home owner and after meeting with HQR the owner Ron he was able to help me work in a budget. He was honest, extremely hard working and kept the time frame he promised. We would definitely work with Ben again. His attention to detail and overall integrity as a contractor are excellent. He spent plenty of time with us on the front end of the project to select materials and set our expectations for how our kitchen would look when it was done. He helped us choose some special features that made the kitchen special. We were remodeling the kitchen as part of an overall plan to renovate and sell our home, and time got tight at the end of the project when we found another home more quickly than we thought we would. Ben stepped up and did a really good job finishing the final touchups, and we sold our home two days later.

Fred and Brandon were awesome. I had a complicated bathroom renovation that they executed flawlessly. Always professional, communicative and most importantly do great work. They will be my first choice for any home improvement work I need in the future.

I did the complete kitchen remodeling with Jonathan and team in Sep-Oct 2021. The work included replacing cabinets, new countertops, tile flooring, backsplash, a peninsula sitting bar and a few new appliances. After getting quotes from 4 vendors, I chose Jonathan for many good reasons. The most important of them was the flexibility to accommodate my custom requirements, as I wanted it. Since I was working from home, I reviewed each and every step of the work (which BTW may not be necessary). Jonathan was extremely professional and courteous. So was his team, especially the countertop and flooring team. We communicated several times a week. Every time my request was accommodated. Any change was communicated and explained, so I could review and approve. I felt as if I was the part of the team, and thats what matters. The quality of the work was the key result I demanded and thats what I got. I was completely satisfied by the work and the kitchen looks awesome.

Carlos and his team were great. They did a large remodeling in my house in Tiburon (kitchen, 2 new bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, new deck, new garage. Worked very hard, honest and always on time. Highly recommended!!!

Reza helped us with renovation of our guest bathroom. He did an awesome job with thorough professionalism and workmanship. Being our first time doing any renovations, Reza made it easy for us by dealing with the city permits and suggesting the right fixtures to suite our needs and budget. All the work was done in time and within provided cost estimates. We look forward to working with him on future projects.

Alfredo and Linda make up this fabulous team. Their innovation and experience made our project successful. They enhanced our ideas by blending them with their experience and ultimately upgraded our kitchen with added features to our living room and upgraded our 1960's electrical for our whole house. They are our contractors for life!
