San Jose Kitchen Cabinet Painting

Dave Fontan and his crew were polite, on time and efficient. They refaced my kitchen, bathroom and TV room cabinets, installed a wine fridge and trash compactor. Five years later it still looks like new. I needed some additional work done recently and called Dave once again. So, yes I would and did use him again.

Walt did a great job and I'd happily rehire/recommend him anytime! I have a small townhouse kitchen with 26 cabinet doors/drawer fronts. He sanded, primed, painted, and rehung them. He was very responsive and scheduled around my needs. He was right on with his estimates, both cost and time. He spent 3 days working in my home and 2 days at his shop. They look great! Much better than other painted cabinets I've seen.

We were very pleased with Project. Ed did a fantastic job updating our 35 year old kitchen. The refaced cabinets look better than new. He was very helpful in planning our Remodel and recommended a Designer for extra expertise. Ed is very friendly and easy to work with. He cleaned up every day and we never lost use of our kitchen. The final result is beautiful and we feel like we have a brand new kitchen.

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the Green Valley Painting. This was my second cabinet painting project and the first one was a disaster but I learned more than I need to know about how cabinets should be painted. Green Valley Painting painted all my cabinets and entertainment center and it came out beautifully. They knew exactly what they were doing, they made sure they took the time to get it done right and it was a very fair price. I hired A+ Painting to paint my kitchen undergoing remodeling. I found a great coupon to get 1 person for 8 hours. I am fond of promoting contractors who care for their work, sometimes even more than the customer. From the first phone call thru the job completion, it was clear to me that this company held itself to a high standard, showed excellent professionalism, set clear expectations, and had deep experience with paint jobs. Our interactions gave me a high confidence, so I didn't feel like I needed to check up on their work. The person I first met continued to supervise the project, and came multiple times during the day to check on progress. The painter was efficient, accommodating and the hand-off from supervisor to painter left little miscommunicated. Both of them proactively sought out all issues in greater detail than even my eye could spot. When they had time left out of the 8 hours, they painted the entryway and laundry area. I felt that my purchase had been fully utilized. I would certainly hire them again.

Job that was done is excellent. Not only do the cabinets look brand new, Walt also fixed the molding and as well some other carpentry that really finished off the job nicely.

Walt is highly professional, meticulous, clean and a pleasure to work with. He transformed our 16 year old, ordinary tract home oak kitchen and bath cabinets into "higher-end" looking units. We're very happy with his work. Highly professional: Showed up early each morning, worked constantly except for short breaks. Told us each day what he planned to do. Meticulous: Caulked all gaps that invariably appeared after so many years. Patched some wood cracks. Sanded and primed all surfaces properly and used highly rated low VOC products. Painted all surfaces even those hidden from ordinary view. He said his work will last for many years, and after seeing his prep work I don't have any doubt they would. Clean: Used a humongous, high-end Festool vacuum so that sanding dust is kept at a minimum. No drips or splatters. Properly isolated painting area. Showed utmost respect for our home.

Nice, meticulous job. Price seemed fair though I don't have enough experience with this kind of thing to really know what a reasonable cost would be. The work itself was all we'd hoped for.
