I waited a few months after the inspection to write the review, just in case problems that were not found during the inspection came out. There has been none so far. Mark inspected our first house. I think he did a terrific job and is very responsible and professional. 1. The report is very clear and more like a useful handbook for first-home buyers like me and my husband. It was particularly useful for us because we were not present for the inspection. 2. I feel that Mark really cares about his customers. Because of our absence during inspection, Mark spent almost an hour to go over all details in his report with me over the phone and answered all my naive questions. Even after we moved in, I called Mark about a water stain on the ceiling. He came in with all tools, did the measurement, and assured us that it was nothing to worry about. Overall, I would choose Mark again for my future house inspections. His price is higher than average home inspections, but I think you get what you pay for

Well, we are buying an older home that we know needs work. While I'm a bit handy, I did want some additional information and background. Plus, as the house has a cellar, radon testing was a no brainer. I arrived early at the house at the time of inspection, and Jason Thompson had already arrived. To make a long story short, Jason spent the next 3 hours walking around and through the house. He had a number of findings, and it felt like a thorough walkthrough. As for the radon, Lynda King was on site to collect the radon devices. They both answered my myriad of questions. Do I expect that we found everything wrong with the house? Goodness no. I'm certain that there are numerous small issues that we missed, but I still feel that this was a thorough review and inspection. The reports were received on a Saturday evening, a quick turnaround in my opinion

I have radiant heating installed under hardwood floor and one of the pipes was leaking, but did not know where to start. I was seeing water in the garage, very far from any possible defect. My only chance was to find an inspector with a good thermal imaging camera. I contacted Wall Inspectors though their website. I got an email response immediately, despite being New Year Eve. I called David and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was promptly on time, fired his $7,000 Fluke and found the leak immediately. His charge was more than reasonable and he is a guy very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended. Mihai Beffa, Cupertin

April 2013 radon tests in basement were above 12 pCi/L. Called Radon Be Gone and contracted with them for the above work. They were professional, prompt, and explained what they were doing and taught us about radon and its hazards. Work was performed as bid and installation went smoothly. Subsequent radon tests results (late May 2013) were 1.5 and 2.0 pCi/L--as promised by Radon Be Gone. We are happy campers
