Recent Review: From the initial meeting with Ariel, to nearing the end of my kitchen remodel, I cannot express how wonderful this whole experience has been. Ariel, and everyone that has been involved in this process, have been wonderful. They have paid attention to every minute detail and everything promised has been delivered...and more. I selected EC to handle the remodel of the Kitchen and a bathroom vanity. Gideon was truly the difference, he came out with his team to obtain measurements. He provided me with design ideas, suggestions on materials and even better, provided me with pricing options for affordability. Ultimately I decided to go with custom white cabinets with inset doors and a large island with a range. Once the cabinets were built, Ariel and his team showed up and my kitchen was completed in less than 3 days. The process was smooth, excellent quality and the overall result is exactly what I was looking for. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful and I have received many compliments on the work detail. I have already referred Ariel and his team to one of my friends who provided favorable reviews. EC is a great company who provides great quality and service.

Recent Review: We are very pleased with the work we had done. Eugene did our bathroom and he was amazing. All of the people who worked in our house were professional. They left the work area clean. The project manager kept us informed about everything. We highly recommend this company.

Recent Review: We had our old carpets and Pergo floors removed and replaced with tile. We ran into some issue with floating the concrete floors that extended the project. Jon vas very responsive and took of everything. They had to repour sections to creat a slope to accomodare our appliances. The end product looks great. Happy with our floors.

Recent Review: Excellent work on the project throughout. Had two huge custom windows with wood trim that needed replacement from wood rot. Also needed to replace a door and fix the flooring around them. Liron and the team did a fantastic job and it turned out better than I expected and on budget.

Recent Review: It was a pleasure working with Jason and I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. We recently purchased a small home, and we had a very short timeline to get the floors refinished before we moved in--6 days to be precise. The floors were stained and yellowed and desperately needed help. We spoke to 4 companies, and not only was Jason the only one willing to refinish our floors in that amount of time (and confident that he could do it!), his quote came in under all the others. Hiring him seemed like a no-brainer, but his work spoke for itself. We weren’t able to be present to meet him at the house or pick out stains for the floor, but Jason communicated with us clearly and consistently to update us on the project and give us advice and feedback. He discovered several places where the floor needed to be repaired, gave us a quick quote, and completed the repairs without taking any extra time to finish the job. The floors are beautiful and have breathed new life into our new old house. Jason and his team at Just Hardwood Floors are fantastic and come highly recommended from us.

Recent Review: These guys are really awesome. I had to repair my water damaged kitchen floor. They Did the job on a resonable price . They were very friendly and responsive. I would love to hire them again.

Recent Review: Rich was prompt and did a solid job. He was replacing a 40 year old wooden floor that had water damage. Very nice match to the old flooring, and he was able to tie the new to the old seamlessly. We did discover some splotching in the staining. Rich sanded and refinished the room a second time to fix the problem. No questions asked, he just took care of it. A few weeks after the work was completed we found two nail heads popping up from the boards in the hallway (snagging the hall carpet). Even though these were under the carpet Rich came out and got them to lay flat again, and they haven't come back up. Problems are going to happen, but it's how Rich handled them that impressed us. Thanks Rich! Great work, we're happy to recommend you.

Recent Review: We bought our first house something over a year ago and we knew it will need lots of work . The house was build in 1960s and never really remodeled. We hired HomeTech to completely remodel / reconfigure existing 2 bedroom 1 bath house , added square footage to the first floor and build new second floor . We started with remodeling of the existing house while working on the plans for the additions which definitely made the project to go smoother and finish faster. The fun part of the project was the design and showroom visits. HomeTech designer really understood our style & needs, had great suggestions & ideas and the project manager good points & recommendations to keep the project within our budget . The project was completed well within the estimated time Everyone from HomeTech team was straight forward and honest from the first meeting throughout all the project, always available to answer our questions via a call / text / email. They build us an amazing 5 bedrooms 5 & half bathrooms home and we are very fortunate to have found them and worked with them.

Recent Review: When my husband and I adopted a long-haired cat last month and needed to replace the carpeting in our living room and two bedrooms with hardwood flooring to make it easier to clean up when our cat sheds, we immediately thought of Bay Easy Construction! Ofer and his crew did such an amazing job when we hired them last year to add 450 square feet (three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional living room) that we could not wait to work with them again on this project. We were really eager to get our new flooring installed as soon as possible, and Ofer was able to fit us into his schedule within the week we called to take a look at our house and give us an estimate. The price was within our budget, so Ofer and his crew were able to start work on our new floors the following week. Bhumi, the designer, helped us pick out a beautiful maple colored wood flooring that makes the older part of our house look more modern and that matches the additional space that was added to the back of our house recently. The entire process went smoothly and quickly, and Ofer, as well as Jessie, the project manager, were always available and responsive when we had questions. We are so happy with how the finished product looks, and we've gotten lots of compliments from friends and family who have visited us and seen our new flooring. We cannot recommend Bay Easy Construction enough! The entire team was very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly.

Recent Review: I got an estimate from ABC Remodel in July and decided to hire them, and requested they do the work in September, which they said was fine, but they didn't end up starting until October 20. The original scope of the project grew so not too surprisingly the cost and the time for the work to be finished doubled. They found all kinds of things wrong with my kitchen that they insisted needed to be fixed, so I agreed to let them do the work. This included going under the floor to shore it up with more wood and concrete, leveling the cabinets (which I had resurfaced a few years before, so they weren't part of the project), installing more electrical outlets, changing the gas line for the stove, changing the water line behind the fridge, installing a new disposal, etc. I trusted that they were being honest with me and that these things were either unsafe or not up to code so these repairs got added in to the project. When I changed my mind about the paint color they repainted the wetbar without charge. The workers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Now that it is completed, it looks really great and I have to say they do excellent work. I think everyone on the ABC team is a perfectionist, which is good for the client. However, there is room for improvement. I would have liked more guidance and better communication before the project started and during it. I have never remodeled a kitchen before and didn't know what was expected of me. I had to buy some of the materials (granite slabs, floor tiles, backsplash tiles, etc) and didn't get any help from them with that. I had to take my own measurements for the granite and the backsplash. They measured the floor but I still ended up short on tile (even though I bought extra) and had to go find more tile in the middle of the project. Thank goodness I was able to get more. There were many workers involved and not all of them seemed to have the same information. For example, I was told they would supply the grout but was then asked if I had bought the grout. This meant that both I and some of the ABC employees were making multiple trips to stores during the project for supplies and materials that we probably could have purchased at one time, had we all be communicating better and made a shopping list. I've asked them several times about where my granite slabs were cut, if there was any left over (which I expected, since I bought 2 slabs) in case I wanted to use some for a bathroom, whether my granite had been sealed (I'm still not sure and am very nervous about that) and never got clear answers to those questions. The granite guy kept coming to the house on nights when I was out at meetings and thus I wasn't there when he made the templates. This meant that he didn't take measurements for the countertop out back, which was supposed to be replaced, so that didn't get done. If his "bosses" had been more clear about what he was supposed to measure, or if I had been told what day and time he was going to come over, I might have been able to discuss it with him. I understand that he was busy but still. When he came back to do the final cleanup of the counters, he once again came on the night I was out. He did do a great job...the counters look gorgeous, but I can't give them straight A's across the board because of some of these issues. However, I like these guys, and they do good work, so I would hire them again. But next time I'll be sure to ask more questions and keep pressing for answers.

Recent Review: Jay and his office communicated by phone and email and kept us informed of the schedule and planned work. The work was completed by the job deadline. His crew is professional and conscientious. Quality is excellent and the garage looks great.

Recent Review: At first I thought it was overly expensive, but it is so gorgeous, and the work was done so quickly that I'm not bothered by the cost any more. I had gone online to try to assess the general cost and found that as bathrooms go, it wasn't out of line. Ryann, the project leader, was so professional, respectful, and nice! A true gem!

Recent Review: Thach is a miracle worker. My dogs had badly damaged the original oak floors in my 1935 home, and another contractor told me that replacement was the only option. Thankfully I found Thach. He and his team did an amazing job repairing and refinishing my floors. They now look brand new. Thach is a delight to work with. He's courteous, responsive, and highly professional. He started and finished the job on schedule. He took time to answer all my questions, and his price was very fair. I couldn't be happier with my beautiful floors and the experience working with Thach. Highly recommend!
