Bass family flooring
We were looking to replace our outdated 70’s tile and found Bass family flooring. We called on Friday, he came out and met with us. We have dogs and they are messy drinkers and told him of our concerns of getting flooring that will buckle with the water. He measure the area awe wanted to replace. The next day we went into the store and brought home a bunch of samples. On Monday the demo of the tile started. By Thursday we had our new flooring. I can not tell you how happy I am with the work they did. They moved all the furniture and all I had to do was entertain my dogs while they did the work. Super professional and I highly recommend the company

I just had bought the condo with some very ugly grey tile floors which I replaced with some warm hardwood floor. I worked with Conor who was recommended to me by a friend. Conor is a very friendly and professional person. He came by the house to take measurements and warned me about possible increase in the cost depending on how the removal would go. The removal went fairly well but the plywood underneath was too damaged to be able to properly place the new floor. A new layer of plywood was added and then the new floor was laid down. The new floor is beautiful and from what I can tell properly installed and so far I haven't found any problem with it. I honestly believe that the place is much better now thanks to him

Their prices are very attractive, but you get what you paid for. Generally, the windows and the floor we're DECENTLY installed, until you look into details - crooked, uneven, semi-lousy and just plain rushed-looking job - these apply on both the floor and window installations. Now, for the upside, they do go back to fix it. I am not sure because the flaws were POINTED OUT and I relentlessly followed up almost every day - but, they did go back to fix it. Although they damaged my wall paint and did not care, but I got tired of calling, so, caveat emptor

California Carpet
The carpet was not sitting tightly against the baseboard and there were gaps. I called to complain, but they would never call me back. I even went to their place of business and spoke with a manager and called the owner, but I still didn't get a response. Finally, they sent someone out to look at it, but the repair didn't seem worth it to me. Their responsiveness was beyond bad, it was nonexistent. The installer for my hardwood floors was very late because they were supposed to have the flooring ready for him, but it wasn't. Also it was the wrong flooring so he had to take it back

I had previously had solid bamboo flooring installed throughout my condo by a general contractor. Shortly thereafter I started noticing some spongey spots. He tried to fix it but clearly it was beyond him. Several months later we had a big rain and boards were popping up and creating mini mountains in my floor! I contacted several providers and they either never got back to me or said they wouldn't do repairs. I was ready to replace the whole thing, but Anthony from French Bros came out and identified the problem right away: there wasn't enough expansion room for my floating floor to move. At first we thought we might have to take it all up and lay back down, which I was ready to pay for, but he figured out that we could take up the flooring in the hallway and along one wall, saving a lot of time and money. Ultimately, two workers came and fixed it within three hours. They took up the boards, trimmed them to leave more room, applied new transition pieces and cut the door jambs for the boards to go under (a finishing touch that the previous contractor did not do). My floor looks great and almost 3 months later it is just laying perfectly flat. They sent me a bill by mail and email (per my request) and I was able to pay by credit card. If I ever do a flooring change I am absolutely going with them. They may not be the cheapest option out there but everyone I interacted with clearly knew what they were doing and did it very well

Darin Ford and his sub-contractor and team did an outstanding job on the floors. He met with me several times to look at samples, and referred me to a flooring showing room in San Francisco, where we picked out an engineered floor style. Some contractors require you to use only flooring they provide, but they were ok ordering and installing the style we liked. He suggested that we glue down the floors even though it was harder (floating floors can move over time and can gap over non-flat areas), which was a good choice

We had our old carpets and Pergo floors removed and replaced with tile. We ran into some issue with floating the concrete floors that extended the project. Jon vas very responsive and took of everything. They had to repour sections to creat a slope to accomodare our appliances. The end product looks great. Happy with our floors

Very well. They contacted me to set up delivery date for hardwood materials to give it time to acclimate. On time. Two weeks later a crew came and took out the old carpet and prepped underlayment. Installed flooring. Next crew came in and prepped and masked off the entire area, and over the week, stripped old flooring, sanded with dustless sander, stained and varnished flooring. They were immensely helpful in getting the stain color perfect. The team was professional, All along I knew what to expect, they came and went as promised and did great work. Definitely worth their excellent reputation for the work they do. May not be the lowest price, but clearly worth what we paid

At the beginning I just wanted to walk in tub and so I called multiple companies , met with few companies but non of them were able to take me to a showroom that sells the walk-in tubs and offered me ordering the tub online which I didn’t like. Those companies were more concern about my budget rather than show me what they can do and how they can meet my criteria and expectations. After meeting with Moses from Hometech they gave me the option to visit showroom where I could see the walk-in tubs as well as large selection of other fixtures. They also helped me obtaining permit for the job that has been done in my mobile house. I really like the fact that the guys working at my house were always the same people . I also appreciated lots of great ideas Moses and designer Allen had. With their ideas, help and financing option they offered me I decided to do multiple other projects From an idea of installing a walk-in tub I remodeled my both bathrooms completely as well as kitchen and changed the flooring in entire house. The communication with company and all team was great. They kept me updated with the progress and also always explained each step. Ofer and his crew did such an amazing job when we hired them last year to add 450 square feet (three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional living room) that we could not wait to work with them again on this project. We were really eager to get our new flooring installed as soon as possible, and Ofer was able to fit us into his schedule within the week we called to take a look at our house and give us an estimate. The price was within our budget, so Ofer and his crew were able to start work on our new floors the following week. Bhumi, the designer, helped us pick out a beautiful maple colored wood flooring that makes the older part of our house look more modern and that matches the additional space that was added to the back of our house recently. We live on the side of a hill so our sewer line dropped about 20 feet to the main, this required a lot of digging. It took about 3 days of digging to allow them to connect the new line. We had a working sewer line every night! As a Vietnam vet I was happy to deal with a Veteran owned business. I got estimates of more than double what I paid Bayshore Plumbers. After giving some info about the color palette and modern style of my bathroom (which I had renovated in recent months, with the flooring being the last item to tackle), the sales manager, Paul, brought over some samples to my condo, which matched my concept exactly. He generated an estimate/work order and we scheduled the work soon thereafter. The installers arrived when scheduled & we worked out the tile pattern. Initially we were going to float a leveling cement over the existing flooring, but the installers noticed that the existing flooring wasn't tightly adhering to the concrete beneath, and said that this might cause problems if they installed new flooring over it. We agreed to rip out the existing vinyl and then put down the leveling cement and then install the new tiles. The installed quality vinyl tiles have the look of dark gray slate and look great. There was a slight increase in the cost caused by our last-minute decision to rip out the existing flooring, but when it comes to home repairs, I'm of the philosophy of doing it right the first time rather than saving a few bucks up front but then having to correct problems down the road. Everything went well dealing with Conklin's sales person and communicating with their main office--seemed prompt and well-organized. Their installers were professional and competent. If I go on to remodel my kitchen in the near future, I'd call them to handle the flooring
