Words can not begin to describe how great my experience was. Jim's got a lot of pride in what he does and it shows. Jim did a remodel/intricate tiling job in my powder room. I had an idea of how I wanted it to be and Jim interpreted that perfectly. His man Sturg is every bit of an artist as well. I get nothing but compliment after compliment for my new bathroom. It looks like something out of a magazine or a million dollar home! He won't stop until it's perfect. They cleaned up and respected my home as if it were theirs. When it comes time to rip out and remodel my other 2 bathrooms, I'm definitely giving Jim a call again without any hesitation. He's also a licensed plumber , so no need to bring in multiple contractors. Thanks Jim

They came in and removed all the old tiles and plumbing fixtures and start installing new walls on the same day. They were very careful with my existing hardwood flooring and covered them at all times. Also, they blocked kitchen and living room areas from floor to ceiling to prevent dust from spreading. They did a pretty good job and actually finished sooner than I was expecting

They were supposed to show up and they didn't. They rescheduled for 10 the next day and then didn't show up. When I called at 11 they said I was no longer scheduled. They did not call to let me know. Apparently my job is too small for them and they aren't going to do it.

Gemini construction and handyman services
I hired Gemini Construction after another contractor was incapable of completing the job to my satisfaction. Armondo responded promptly and began work shortly thereafter. He gave me a timeline and stuck to it. I had a vision of what I wanted my bathroom to look like and he brought it to life. He paid attention to details. I was surprised he was able to do the entire job by himself as the tiles were very large format and pretty heavy (48" H × 48" W x 0.5" D). I wanted the tile to be stacked and lined up a certain way and he accomplished that. I even wanted to add more tile when he was almost finished and he was very accommodating. Everything the first company I hired said they couldn't do, he could and did. He even had to fix things that they messed up and ended up saving me money. I would hire him again for any future renovations! I LOVE my new bathroom

My husband and I now call Quality Plumbing each time we have a plumbing need and that need always seems to be an emergency. - 2008 our main water valve burst. Husband was at work miles away so he told me to where the main was and to turn i off. I contacted Quality Plumbing who was at my house within two hours and fixed the broken pipe, replaced the regulator. This was five years ago so I don't remember the cost but it must have been reasonable or we would not have call him for the next emergency. - 2009 we still were not members of Angie list at that time. Contacted with someone to sheet rock and paint our master bathroom. Months later we noticed the ceiling was discolored. We call the contractor and he stated it was a and quot;plumbing problem. We called Quality who found the real issue. Yes, the and quot;contractorand quot; pierced a water pipe when installing the sheet rock only. Quality not only detected the leak but also repaired the leak in a very professional manner. - 2010 Quality Plumbing is the only plumber we call. My elderly mother moved in would be using our the second bathroom which needed a little TLC. Andre ( our plumber :-)) took care of the toilet, sink and our master bathroom. - 2013 (September 2) at midnight I was awaken by a phone call from my neighbor stating my 2 year old Home Depot hot water heater was spewing out water. Husband had to shower and get ready for work six hours early before we turned off the water. 7:00am I called Andre. Andre said he would be at my house by 11:00am. Andre arrived an hour early, removed the heater then returned it to Home Depot for me. I purchased a larger water heater. Andre had the heater installed by 11:00am. Oh by the way, Andre quoted a higher price because he thought it was going to take longer install and decreased the price to fit the actual labor cost. - 2013 Another emergency, having guest over for dinner and my garbage disposal broke. Andre was there quick a a flash, he purchased the disposal that cost $85 and installed it before I began to worry. the total cost was $160.00. Andre lives up the name of his business ...Quality Plumbing I would only add at reasonable cost

Excellent, highly competent and professional service provided by Bay Water Plumbing. I was looking for help to set up a Springwell water softener unit. Springwell recommended that I use Alvaro from Bay Water for this. Over FaceTime, I was able to quickly coordinate with Alvaro on where I should plan to have the softener unit installed and set up the appointment. On the day of the appointment, Alvaro was punctual and completed the work quickly and efficiently in a visually aesthetic way. He took time to help me understand how to use the system and maintain it. He even took time to help me with a water filter replacement that was unrelated to the water softener that he came to install. Really appreciated that! I highly recommend Alvaro and Bay Water Plumbing for all water softener, filtration and plumbing related needs

My ADU toilet did not flush, and it was not a conventional fix. Carlos was the first one responding to my service request. After a brief call and a few pictures over the phone, Carlos was able to identify the possible cause of the problem, and got the right part on the way to my property an hour later. Everything is great! The way Carlos and his crew member performed the job was swift, neat and clean! They installed the new sewage pump very quickly. No doubt he has 18 years of plumbing experience! He installed back the toilet and cleaned up the mess that the previous plumber left without additional charge. I will definitely hire him next time for any plumbing need in the future

Prior t installing, the installer came out for a free site visit. During the site visit he took note of all times that had to be considered in replacing the old water heater. Therefore the installers bid was fully itemized for what needed to be done, including building code upgrades. Installer emptied and remove the (E) water Heater, the installed a new water heater. Water heater was installed up to codes currently in force, including, among others, raised stand, type of ignition and safety features

They seemed to have installed the new water heater correctly. However, upon being inspected by the city inspector the next day, it was noted the installation was not done properly ! The installers didn't secure the water heater enough in case of earthquakes. So, installers had to make a second trip out, and secure tank to the wall, and run the overflow pipe to the outside of garage. The following day the inspector came out and signed off on the installation, marking it as "Passed". Overall, I was quite satisfied with the installation, knowing it was finally done properly
