Recent Review: JV did a great job pouring and stamping a sidewalk on the side of the house. Jose was always on schedule, kept me up to date, easy to work with,kept everything clean and showed a real concern about my property. I am hoping to get JV back for a second project in the very near future.

Recent Review: I have never had a single problem with this company. They do an excellent job and do wonderful patios. I would definitely refer their service. The crews are dependable and know what they are doing. They are quick and their work looks great. They have good pricing.

Recent Review: We got white-dotted by the city. We decided to replace more than just the white-dotted slabs and also include our driveway. After getting estimates from 3 companies, we went for Associated Builders who had the best price for the overall job. They came as planned and started the work. They finished as planned, on time. The final bill was the amount on the estimate (+permits of course) I gave a B on quality just because they splashed our walls with concrete and did not clean it up, so I have to re-paint it. But our sidewalk looks great :-) It was uneventful, really.

Recent Review: Didn't go well, instead of sawing through the concrete, he used a jackhammer, and he hit the waterline. His plumber came and repaired one connection, but when he turned the water back on into the building, no water came out of the pipes in the two rental units. I had to have other repair people come and lay new pipes from the water meter at the curb into the building so that water was flowing in to the units. Not a good experience. I have not received a bill yet; however, my costs for new plumbing, putting my tenants in a hotel, etc. were well over the quoted cost of $1,200 for the concrete work.

Recent Review: Good quality work, and they worked with me on many issues. They were willing to make changes at no cost. They were very friendly and professional people.

Recent Review: When they came out to pour our concrete, they did a very good job & their pricing was excellent. The guy was a very nice guy. They were only here for about an hour & the work that they did looks great.

Recent Review: PLEASANTON READYMIX WAS ABLE TO DELIVER & POUR CONCRETE IN JUST A FEW DAYS AFTER I REQUESTED IT. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, & WERE VERY HELPFUL ON WHAT NEEDED TO HAPPEN & WHEN. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Recent Review: He did a great job. He did it in the amount of time he said he was going to, he cleaned up after himself, and he did a magnificent job. We are very happy with it.

Recent Review: While we are happy with the majority of the concrete that was poured, we ran into issues associated with the gate. We assumed that it would be handled like it had been before the concrete was poured (with a central post that could be removed from the ground) but instead a solid slab was poured so we've had to adjust hardware (and may have longer term issues with support). Our lesson learned is to be sure that our contract is very specific.

Recent Review: Chad Bouton is excellent. He was pouring concrete next door, which is how I found him. He is a true professional and he did a nice job. I had a lot of questions and he never had a problem answering them. He gave me a good price.

Recent Review: I hired Tech Light in Oct of 2007, they poured the concrete in November. The men that poured the concrete were very professional and did a great job. There was a misunderstanding on my part as to when the remainder was to be paid. Terri left me an extremely hostile voicemail saying that he would place a lien on my house if I did not pay him. I explained that I had misunderstood and paid him that day. Thereafter I had to call many times about finishing the job and staining the concrete. In June of 2008, I continued to call and try and schedule the staining of my concrete. I was frequently dismissed, rarely called back, and was scheduled but then cancelled two times. In October of 2008 the work was still not finished and I demanded my deposit back. Eventually I was able to get my deposit back and had to finish the job myself.

Recent Review: I was very satisfied. They did a variety of concrete work. They did aggregate and also poured concrete in the driveway. They also did the sidewalk across the front of the house. People stop to look at the completed job, and comment on how good it looks. It is really nice.

Recent Review: Mr. Raygoza arrived at the time he said he would. After removing the old fence, he went to great lengths to ensure that the new fence was installed properly by leveling posts, pouring concrete footers, and ensuring that the new fence was perfect.

Recent Review: The concrete work was superb. He was fast, finished the job in time, and it passed inspection.
