I have an old house (1925), and it was very hard to find a workable replacement faucet. I expected that something would come up in the process of installing it, and indeed Nick, who did the work, had some problems. At first Nick recommended that I return the faucet and buy a different one, but the only one I could find with all of the dimensions correct was three times the cost, so he did what it took to get the first one installed, even though he had to do a few things that were out of the ordinary, including grinding my very old bathroom tile. He was worried that the old tile would be brittle and crack, but he worked carefully and it did not. He also gave me a lot of information about rebuilding my shower faucets, which have always been problematic. He rebuilt them without having to go into the wall (which I guess you can't do with all brands of faucet), and they work perfectly now. I love the new showerheads, and my kitchen sink doesn't back up any more

I had a few odds and ends jobs that would have taken me more than a few weekend days to figure out how to complete. I did not know any reliable handymen around the area and joined Angie's List to find the best people for my needs. I was glad to have found CASE. I called one day during lunch time and left a message and was surprised that Jill returned my call within 10 minutes. After describing the various jobs, she indicated that they would be able to do the tasks, but the earliest appointment would not be available for another two weeks. This was fine with me as I was only too happy to have found someone who did not dismiss my tasks as being "too small". Jill called on the business day before the scheduled appointment to confirm that Jeff would arrive at 8:00 am. I was accustomed to people on service calls being late and was once again pleasantly surprised when Jeff rang my doorbell at 8:00 am sharp. Of the four tasks I listed, his only concern was the installation of the programmable thermostat that I purchased -- he wanted to ensure that it is compatible with my existing central air unit. Jeff was able to complete the first three tasks within 50 minutes. (I should point out here that a previous handyman, not associated with CASE, was unsuccessful in his attempt to replace the hard wired smoke detector and was this close to not being able to put it back the way it was.) The thermostat installation ended up taking Jeff all of 20 minutes. After everything was completed, Jeff went through each of the tasks to describe what he had done and things that I should be aware of. The explanations were quick and concise, and he didn't make me feel like an idiot. Jeff also made sure to clean up any debris from the jobs, a little thing which I didn't mind doing myself since he barely made any mess to begin with. And speaking of cleanliness, I also appreciated how Jeff took an extra few seconds to wipe his shoes thoroughly on the welcome mat whenever he entered / re-entered the house. (yes, the little things do count.) Overall, a very positive experience. Kudos to Jill White for the prompt response and appointment confirmation. Kudos to Jeff Schroeder for his professionalism and positive attitude. The slightly higher rates charged is more than justified by the quality of work and my ease of mind that none of the tasks will need to be re-performed

From beginning to end, a very professional, complete job. Dennis is very outgoing, agreeable and skilled. His crew is responsible, honest, and thorough. My hall bathroom is small but has to accommodate three teenagers (2 boys, 1 girl). The bathroom was a mess, smelled of mildew and mold, and was impossible to keep clean. There was no fan so walls and wood around medicine cabinet were black with mold. Dennis and crew demo'd the walls down to the studs, treated the mold, put cement board in shower and completely redid the entire bathroom. The tub he recommended and installed is beautiful -- solid and deep. I got to pick out my toilet, pedestal sink, hardware, tiles, medicine cabinet, and light fixture -- which I prefer to having them picked out for me. I had a vision and wanted to go as "low-flow" as I could while providing more space to the floorplan. The bathroom is now perfect. I almost don't think I can trust my teenagers to respect it as much as I want them to!! Thanks, Dennis. I'll be calling you again for other projects

Miracle Method's repairman, "Milo", arrived on schedule and did a fantastic job restoring and refinishing our very old bathtub, including some of the tile surrounding it. I had bathtub and bathroom sink that were installed 50 years ago, and you could see the age in all cracks and stains. Didn't have money for the bathroom renovation, so I decided to refresh it. I contacted Mr Bathtub company, they gave me estimation over the phone and explained the process. I liked the price, and I made an appointment with them. The contractor came in time, was very patient and careful about our apartment. First part of the project took about 3 hours, then he left. Next day he came again and finished the job in about 1-1.5 hours. Results are great! Bathtub and the sink look brand new. Tenants love it. I will definitely call Mr Bathtub if I need to restore any other tubs, sinks, or countertops

When Patrick arrived on time he introduced himself and quickly went to the bathroom where he unplugged the bathtub drain. We also mentioned the bathtub faucet was leaking and he promptly repaired that too. Patrick was friendly and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had. The slow drainage and leak was fixed. I recently purchased a condo in Rhonert Park as income property and thought I would need to replace the bathtub which was cracked and stained. I called and spoke with the owner, Wayne, who was very professional and helpful. We set up an appointment for the following week, his technicians arrived on time and were a pleasure to deal with. Here's the best part: the tub looks AWESOME! It looks like I replaced it with a brand new tub for a fraction of the cost.! I love these guys! After seeing their work, I asked Wayne if he could resurface my bathroom sinks. After determining the type of surface on them, he told me I would be better off replacing the sinks because they would just crack again. He could have had another job but chose honesty over dollars. I had another plumber come out and said he'd need to remove the entire bathtub and refused to look at it further. Andre came out and knew exactly what to do; he was courteous, punctual and most of all he got me going for an extremely reasonable price in about an hour. I've been draining my tub with a bucket for three weeks; now I can finally take a shower again (I guess you can say this was on my bucket list!). I can't praise Andre and Quality Plumbing highly enough! He's got a big thumbs up from me :-)

Communication through the whole process was excellent, they did everything promised and even gave me a break on the price, because relocating the gas line was not as difficult as it first appeared, and they upgraded the tank earthquake braces.
