The house had one of those sinks that looks like a bowl sitting on top of a cabinet. We didn't like the style at all, and it drained way too slowly. (We had a different plumber look at it a year ago, who told us that the slow draining was a problem with that style. Snaking the drain did not improve it.) The house currently has tenants, but we will be moving there in a few years. We purchased a vanity/sink combo at Lowe's, and had it at the house. We called one plumber who gave us an estimate that was very high. I called a second plumber who agreed to provide an estimate, but a few hours later they called to say that we were out of their service area. It was too late to call a third plumber, but the next day I called A K K. Rollie was very helpful and professional, and we were able to come up with a time for Anthony to come out to give an estimate. I couldn't be at the house, so Rollie maintained regular communication with the tenants to let them know the status of Anthony's arrival time. Anthony called me with the estimate, which I thought was very reasonable, and he did the work right away. The tenants said he was polite and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. By the way, when the tenants told him about the slow drain problem, Anthony said it could have been fixed with at $3.00 vent. We wanted a different style anyway, but it's good to know that Anthony had that knowledge (for future reference).
