He was WONDERFUL! He gave my husband a quote over the phone that it would take an hour or so per fan. He came on a day that he doesn't typically work but would never even know it when he came to the house. He was a great guy and just overall happy and very professional. It actually took several hours to put in the fans not due to him at ALL but instead our drywall in the ceiling was crumbling so bad that he couldn't install the fans securely. There were several times he could have just given up but instead went to home depot to get a part that would help secure it (this is now into sunday evening, who wants to work on a sunday evening!!). All in all he was wonderful and will hire him again and again. As you could imagaine it came out to more then 1 hour per fan and he totally worked with us on how much to pay him as he said 'I quoted you this' kind of thing, I ended up paying him more then he offered just as it was truely not his fault. Who knew installing fans would be so much work

The scheduling was a bit confused but once it was completed everything went smoothly. The installer arrived on time, did his work, cleaned up nicely and was in his way. I know the fans work because I heard them operating when the installer tested them but since they will operate only when tempareatures reach 110 in the attic I don't really know about the quality of the installation or the fans themselves

Watch out - 3 "F"s, a "D", and a "C" in the last 9 reports. He missed our first appointment - a no show. When I contacted him (no call from him), he scheduled a second, and promised 10% off as an offering for no show. He then called and rescheduled to a third time. Eventually, the work was done, but when I asked for the 10% senior discount in addition to the "sorry I didn't show up" 10%, he said they weren't combinable, which means that one of the 10%s was false advertising. My was quick to respond to my request from Angie's list. His estimate was very detailed and clear - showing what he was providing (e.g., LED fixtures, floor heating) and what I was providing (e.g., ceiling fans). His price was the best out of all the companies I contacted. He and his crew worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They showed up when expected and were very courteous. The inspector commented on the quality of the work that had been done. There were a couple of issues with the placement of fixtures that he quickly resolved. He had to wait a few weeks between phases of the job (e.g., completing the rough and first inspection, putting in the bathroom heat, finishing installations after cabinets were in) but quickly worked us into the schedule after I called him. We had one outlet that stopped working after the job was finished and they came out and fixed it, no problem. I decided to add some additional lighting in our master bedroom, and he gave the quote and got it done very quickly. I have already referred him to a friend of mine for a couple of small things she needs done
