Recent Review: Gus the owner was extremely pleasant and concientious. I was having a bad day and he was very kind and considerate. He wanted to do the best job possible and he even used a booster in the living/dining room without extra charge. He gave me a very good estimate and he did a superb job. When he was finished you could hardly tell that I had lived there for more than 5 years. My landlady, upon inspection, said that she thought she would have to replace the carpet, but she could hardly see any damage at all. She immediately asked me for a referral to his service. I would highly recommend him and if you had an A+ rating, I would give him that in all areas.

Recent Review: Order and scheduling process using the website was great - I got to choose the day and time (4 hour window) that worked for me. Afterwards I got a confirmation email, a reminder email, and a phone call day of to let me know the workers were on their way. Overall, the communication was great. The guys were right on time and after we signed some paperwork they got down to business. All work was completed within two hours, and my carpets look good as new. The work team left protectors under the furniture legs and warning signs on the tile transitions - nice touches. The carpet seemed pretty wet when they finished, but everything dried within 24 hours. I couldn't be happier with the service and will use Stanley Steemer again. I bought a promotion where I prepaid another ~$400 and they will come out quarterly and clean 3 rooms for a year. As a comparison, a one-time 3-room clean is $172. The deal also includes Scotchguard for the three rooms as well (an additional $86 value) and 20% off any other services - tile cleaning, furniture, etc. Great deal.

Recent Review: 23/ .We purchased an older Victorian that badly needed work.The previous owners had done work themselves and you could tell.Kitchen cabinets did not close properly and did not line up.The bathrooms had wood countertops that were the same as the hardwood floors.They took shortcuts on plumbing and made other strange/cheap decisions. We decided to gut the kitchen and 2bathrooms and build new deck with foundation. We also refinished the floors painted and did other misc work around the house.We bid out the project to 4 contractors who all come highly recommended.My neighbors used custom construction for entire renovation when their apt caught on fire.He spoke highly of Viktor and his team.Viktor and his crew did an amazing job.We are extremely happy with the work,price,time line and his follow up .The kitchen and bathrooms is so amazing and we are happy when we see it everyday!!!! Recent Review: We had used Clark's Hardwood Floors for the original installation. They were great so we called them for refinishing. They did good work, gave good price and were on time.

Recent Review: Jason and his dad were fantastic! We had a section of tile that was over the top of the hardwood floors in the entry way. When we removed the tile, the wood was a completely different color than the rest of the floors. The guys sanded the floor down and restored it to its original glory. We have a big picture window so the floor finish is really important since the room gets so much light. Even in the brightest light, the floors are perfectly smooth and look great. We would definitely use Just Hardwood Floors again and recommend them to a friend!

Recent Review: I had Rich and team refinish 3 bedrooms including carpet removal. Overall they did a great job and the floors look amazing. We also had Rich fix up a poor job done by a previous contractor by laying down some additional flooring. He procured the wood and installed the wood and made sure the design and finish blended in with the original hardwood floor.
