Ron was able to deliver the gutters so we could get them painted before installing. The other companies we spoke with weren't able to accommodate us. The gutters look beautiful and shows professional workmanship. We would hire Ron and team again should the need arise

Alex and his team were fantastic! We had to wait a bit, with all the bad weather and an understandably large queue, but Alex pinged us last week to let us know that a team was going to show up to replace our roof. Everybody was extremely efficient and polite, and the new roof was installed in just a little over two day's work–there was a lot of rotting wood that needed to be replaced. Another extremely efficient person came by the next day, to install all our downspouts and replace our garage gutter. We immediately noticed a huge difference between our old tar and gravel roof and the new cool cap roof with extra insulation: it went up to 80º after the roof was installed, and our house kept cool for most of the day, where previously it would have been sweltering inside

The gutter replacement went well, but they left nails, sharp scraps of cut aluminum, and broken plant pots in their wake. Outdoor furniture was moved for the installation but not returned to their original location afterward. I have two small children, so the nails and sharp metal scraps were the most disconcerting. I felt the installers rushed and didn't think ahead. The owner did the estimates and was very responsive

Shadowfax Roofing & Solar Inc
It went pretty well, although it turned out that I needed to keep an eye on things because they made a few mistakes. My previous roof was improperly installed, so a lot of the existing wood around the roof perimeter had dry rot. Shadowfax was to replace the wood on an "as needed" basis. A couple of times, they started installing new materials on wood that was rotten and I had to point it out to them. In some cases, they were reluctant to replace wood that looked sketchy to me (not sure why they wouldn't just replace the wood since I was paying for it). I unhappily allowed them to leave some pieces of wood that looked water damaged. They also started to install the wrong color downspouts and had to go back to get the correct color. For the most part, the job went well and the roof is very good. My only complaint is that I don't think my concerns about replacing the water damaged wood were always taken seriously. In hindsight, I should have specified that all of the wood be replaced around the roof perimeter and should not have allowed the wood replacement to be optional

I initially called to have a few downspouts replaced and one leaky gutter repaired. My house is really old so it wasn't a big surprise to hear that it was in need of all new gutters & downspouts. Johnny and crew showed up on time, were really friendly (even with my monster dog), and got the job done quickly. They even went out of their way to patch up a few things along the way (did I mention my house is really old?). I couldn't be happier, they did a great job

He arrived on the day he said he would be there, did his work promptly and efficiently, and cleaned up after he was finished!! Winters Gutter
There were few problems due to wood rot. They replaced it with new wood. Then gutters were efficiently installed along with metal caps as recommended. It took about 4 days due to rainy weather. Overall, I was satisfied with the work & responsiveness from Mike, owner of Winters Gutter Service.

These guys were fantastic. They are highly skilled, professional installers. I originally was going to have a contractor install gutters from home depot, but trying to get good material was a waste of time. I then checked around for gutter services that come out to your house and cut gutters to size for you. But, they do not install them (they leave it to professionals) and the cost of those cut to size pieces started to add up. I then got quotes from several professional installers. I was very concerned about price because my initial budget was the cheap home depot solution. Competitive quotes came in and very high ones too. After meeting the owner Omar Calderon from Gutter Pros and feeling very secure because of their official ratings and his professional approach, I decided to go with them. Gutter Pros are a Diamond Certified installer: http://www.diamondcertified.org/report/gutter-pros Omar provided a quote within a day and we scheduled to work. The installation only took one day and the work was meticulously done. His employees have been with him for years and their skills and craftsmanship was highly evident. The quality of the work was impressive. They installed the gutters, put the down spouts where I wanted them (different from the original locations), and fixed the roofline where the roof meets the gutters. I am extremely happy with the work and price. The cost was to have it done professionally by Gutter Pros was not that much more than trying to have it done going the cheap route. But, the outcome is so much more than I expected. The first thing I told my wife was “wow, that was money well spent”

Overall, 4.5/5. I was sort of busy over the holidays but they called an left a few messages. By the 3rd call, I was actually home to pick up and respond to them. The free estimate and inspection was a fairly short window, less than a week from that 3rd call. While I loved the idea of a year long estimate, they did do a “cheaper” lock in if you do business with us which I’m not a huge fan of. Anyways, the walk-through and estimate was done very nicely, he was extremely friendly and polite, this took roughly an hr. Once I agreed to having the job done, I was even more surprised that they could do the job literally the next day. The installer was on time and a actually alittle early from my understanding and when I got home, I introduced myself and he too was friendly and seemingly a very hard and fast worker. He was done within 3hrs of getting there. It has rained a decent amount out here the last month and a half and I haven’t seen any problems arise yet. Overall, I would recommend them if you are interested in getting a gutter guard to prevent the leaves, dirt from getting in

Edwin and his crew is the best out there for stamped concrete job, from start to finish, I am very pleased with the professionalism and expertise. You cannot go wrong with Perez & Perez General Contractor Inc. His crew took care of re-designing the backyard from the demolition, leveling the entire yard, a concrete retaining wall and redwood fence on all sides, stamped/stained concrete pads and paths, landscaping, drainage, replacing the old water pipes with new copper ones, tile work etc. This was no small job as our yard is approximately 1600+ square feet. Besides quality of work, his crew is very professional, hard-working, polite and honest in pricing (honored all the applicable discounts ex. Angie’s list discount), I would definitely hire him again for my next project

Mike and his team are the best of the best! Before finding Integrity Home Repair, I was at a loss for finding a reliable contractor who provides great work. I’ve found that and more in Integrity Home Repair. Mike is extremely responsive, clear, concise and an overall good human being! We needed to close up our upstairs loft to make another bedroom with our 4th child on the way. We had two other contractors do the bare minimum to give us a quote, while Mike insisted on coming out to see what we needed. Mike provides clear expectations, and honesty in what he can accomplish. William provided quite a bit of information up front, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The roof was completed in 3 days. I was home for 2 of those days. The workers arrived and started working each day at 8am and worked hard all day long. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Very good crew. I highly recommend CA Wash Pros for its professionalism, quick communication, execution, skill, flexibility, excellent quality of work, and affordable pricing! When I reached out to Chris back in December to obtain an estimate on gutter cleaning and guard installation, he replied very quickly and provided detailed information on the scope of the work and without even seeing my house in person, provided precise guidance on the type of guards to get, where and when to purchase them, and how many packages I would need (he was spot on!). He also followed up regularly to check on the guards' arrival so he could schedule the service, which was successfully completed today. Chris and his crew arrived right on time (he also informed me when he was on his way) and did an excellent job. He took pictures and explained everything that was done on my roof. I cannot emphasize enough the outstanding communication and customer service provided by Chris. I plan to use them again for window cleaning and pressure washing (which they also provide!) An amazing company that gives 100% from coming out to your home and explaining the different options to insulation and clean up. One of the owners whose name is Nir came to my house three years ago and looked at my home and told me I needed to replace my gutters but felt the downspouts were in great shape and didn't need to be replaced. Move ahead three years when I finally got around to getting a brand-new roof and was going to replace the rain gutters. Nir returned to my home and repeated the exact same recommendation as he did three years ago not aware that he had been to my home before. This is a company that doesn't try to oversell you they want to make sure that you get the quality and the correct gutters and downspouts for your home. Do your homework there are a lot of people that want to take advantage of you but make sure you call the Sunshine Gutters
