Recent Review: The spring on my garage door broke and could not be opened. I called Door Pros and they were here to repair the door within two hours. All the other garage door repair shops said they could not get here until the next day. The repair guy, Andrew, was polite and friendly. He was able to get the door up, replace the spring and install a new release lock within 2 hours. The door runs much quieter than before. I would use them again.

Recent Review: The technician arrived, made a preliminary diagnosis and we discussed options. He had the necessary parts and started work immediately. When an unexpected problem came up, he talked to me and we agreed what to do. The work was completed promptly and the price was as we agreed. Now the door works great. One minor complaint: the technician arrived later than the appointment we made the previous day. But he called well before the appointed time, said he would be late and we agreed on a later time the same day.
